I came over to get my girlfriend a smoothie because I have been wanting to stop by for a while. The atmosphere here is very uncomfortable and quiet. The employee that helped me was on the phone with her AirPods and when it was my turn to order just stared at me blankly until I asked if she was ready to take my order. The entire ordeal was just cold and made me feel unwelcome. I understand the kid who helped me probably isn’t making a ton of money but when I worked a job like that in high school I still took pride in making people feel welcome. The food was tasty but portions were very small. I really don’t consider myself a person with high expectations but I will not be back.

This is the worst location I have ever visited. Our interaction with the employees was so chaotic! The person taking the order was so preoccupied with disciplining another employee while taking our order. The person completing the orders kept running his fingers through his hair and rubbing his scalp while completing the orders with complete disregard to food safety and hygiene. It was such a mess! Do yourself a favor and find a different location to visit! Needless to say, nothing was purchased.

Update your hours online so people don't come only to be told you changed your hours "cause business sucks." Not very professional!

Smoothie was good, but the sandwiches here have really gone downhill. Haven’t been to this places in years, but 11 dollars for a dry sandwich with cheap deli meat and a thick slice of cheese. I might as well have gone to subway. Would have gotten a bigger sandwich with better taste for the same price. Either the sandwiches should be cheaper, or be better quality.

Bravo to Kiera! Kiera- I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. My daughter & I stopped in today 3.10.23 at about 2:45pm. I ordered as usual the Bahama Mama(skip the strawberries ) and my daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie. OK- straight up..you were grace under fire. There were 20people waiting on smoothies and just you- no help. You had the best attitude- you hustled - you greeted every guest even when they were oblivious to you working your butt off to take orders- make smoothies- offer a bathroom key and assure orders were accurate. Alert - and on it. I tipped per my card and am hoping that you receive recognition from the owners of this store! Its tough to find employees with work ethic that stands out like a ! #superstarAnyway- give yourself a pat on the back. Working with the public is a tough gig.

The cafe was empty upon entering. The 2 employees sitting at the counter sighed and did not even greet us. There was a handout for a current promotion on the counter that we were told that we would be unable to use, even though it expires tomorrow- which was not a big deal. They seemed reluctant to take our order.The smoothies and food were just as consistent as any other location, even though one employee used their mouth while attempting to break the seal on a new bottle of balsamic reduction for our caprese sandwich.We seemed to have caused the employees distress for disrupting their downtime at the restaurant. We’ll try to come at a better time next visit. ??‍♂️

Ordered through the app. Pickup time was 8:15am. Arrived and the store is closed. Sign on the door says it opens at 8am, google says 7am. Either way, we paid through the app and drove to pick it up and no one was there. Extremely disappointed.
