This crew was in no way prepared to feed 250 people. First group was supposed to be served at 11:00 and were lined up, caterer was not prepared for the volume. Trying to heat tortillas and cook shrimp on the same griddle and move 250 people through was bad planning. Rice and beans prepared and in zip lock bags. They need more experience before taking on such a large event any time soon.

Twisted Catering came out to Chuparosas for a resident function, it was a blast!! The food was great and they were very organized!! I would recommend the Food Truck services to EVERYONE!!
