Went in at 545pm on a Friday. 5 people working, they saw me at the counter and ignored me for almost 10 minutes, despite some of them doing nothing.Sure, the drive thru was busy, and they had a GrubHub order to fill, but that's no excuse for outright ignoring customers.Then the lady taking the order got it wrong and overcharged me, and couldn't figure out how to undo it.At least the food was tasty, but the rest was a total $#!& show

Customer service is not good, employees are not very welcoming. My order was messed up. Food and trash all over the place, hard to find a clean place to sit. The soda machine looked dirty and sticky. I will NOT return to this place ever again!

I went through the drivethrough pretty late about 1040 I ordered the chicken wrap like I always do with extra everything this thing was a beautiful beautiful piece of work I tell you it was the best chicken wrap I've ever had I want to thank whoever made it and also the single I got with that was excellent as well and that was yesterday I was just in the 7th or the 8th anyway thank you so much you guys are great

Me and my father went to a late dinner since we were going to Home Depot. Got our order, and I noticed something odd. I got 2 bottom buns on my burger, and he got 2 top buns. Tables weren't serviced after others had eaten since there were still trays, wrappers, leftover food, etc, on the tables. (People should have cleaned up after themselves, but the employees also should have done a once over in the lobby)

I was disappointed by the length of time it took to get through the drive-thru with just one car ahead of me. Apparently, some software issues are causing problems with the credit card payment. The management needs to work on this. It took me at least 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Disappointed ?
