Sat in line for 45 minutes for a small #20 than had me drive to the front and park to wait even longer.. idk if they’re short staffed or what but the wait was ridiculous.

Absolutely awful. I don’t know what they are trying to pull here, but this was absolutely atrocious. I ordered through a delivery app and they kept saying that they had given my order away. Kept multiple dashers waiting with the store not being busy. Not sure why they were doing this but it’s very frustrating to say the least.

Stopped in on a run home from airport and they are out of shake mix so no shakes again tonight. Maybe they could keep an extra?

I really was disappointed I wanted whatacatch they discontinued again so what I got probably was alright but my taste buds due to health issues are hard to please I have to force myself to eat most of the time. Let me say this when I see a whataburger and hungry I stop there sorry my review couldn't be what I would give you normally. Believe me its probably me not your product. If would leave a message why whatacatch is there one minute and not the next or is it a location issue were to get it.

Clean restroom and inside they made the food fast! And a nice vintage look in the inside. Awesome service! It’s like being served from a restaurant. You also get a free whataburger if you create an account in the app! Awesome food! Would recommend!
