Placed an order for an event the day before. I come to pick up and they haven't even started on them! Will definitely not use them again. I normally use Hungry Howies and they are always on top of things! And the pizzas don't smell like cigarettes!

Uses DoorDash for delivery, canceled my order after a driver picked it up, he stole my food. Will never order Pizza Hut because of them not having there own drivers. Leaves them with no responsibility for anything

I been ordered on the app and spent 15' drive there to pick up, and they just told me sorry we been closed early today, but I already ordered and the order that went through and now they told me ... oh sorry we called you to cancel already but my phone didn't receive any phone call and after that they told me oh we forgot it went through your voicemail...and I showed them about my phone didn't have any voicemail that just wasted my time to drive here and the shut the door to not talk with me. I went to my car and called them to ask why that should be happened...they told me about the app just mess up and after that hang up on me ..so disappointed this place

One word... HORRIBLE! The place said they came to my apt and knocked and called and all that bs meanwhile I was in the living room the entire time. Called the store and the lies weren't even adding up. One minute couldn't find my apt next they came and knocked, TURN AWAY NOW #worstserviceever

do NOT order from this pizza hut. please save yourself the trouble and order someplace better. My dad goes in to order at this Pizza Hut and a male purposely rings up the items incorrectly after my dad had already confirmed the order details. The name on the receipt says Jennifer by the way. After letting the worker know that what he rung up was wrong, he looks at my dad as if he's wasting his time and as if he hates his job. Don't work at a job you hate and don't hire people who hate their life. You'll lose business. But the best part about all of this? The name he inputted for my dad was "Weird Dude." Didn't even ask for his name and was straight up rude. This Pizza Hut has been dead for a while. I can see why they are always wanting to hire and don't get any business.

Worst Pizza Hut to ever order from, pizza got here 50min late, wasn't even room temperature and crumpled up as if it was dropped or tossed around. Always have these kind of issues with this pizza hut, I'm seriously thinking about starting to order from Papa John's again

Waited two hours for an estimated 25-35 minute delivery and when it never arrived I called the location. The manager tried to pin the situation on me stating I could have not been paying attention and someone stole my order. I'm sorry, but I was sitting right by the window the entire time and have motion activated cameras. When she called me back after touching base with her driver (on the job for two days) she said someone signed for it. Nope. At least I got a credit for future orders since "our ovens are off"... will most definitely not be using it for this location.

Ordered a single large pizza. Text notice at 9:04pm saying out for delivery. It took the delivery driver 30 minutes to drive 3/4 of a mile. My pizza was cold at that point. What the heck was he doing for 27 minutes since it should've only taken 3 minutes to drive to my address? Not a happy customer!

One star because we called in an order and waited in our vehicle for the pizza and it was still somehow cold by the time we got home. It was also flavorless, the marina sauce (we ordered two and got one) we ordered with our breadsticks was also cold (straight out the fridge) this food gave me a flash back to school lunch in 3rd grade and it's not a pleasant experience. Not only were we approached by some guy, high on who knows what, we drove across the street for safety. This place sucks for no effort in their pizza.

Do not order from here. I am currently trying to call with it ringing non stop for the past 20 minutes, while they are open. I ordered at 8:47pm and it is now 11:30pm and I have not received my order. The phone line keeps ringing until it hangs up. I am out $20 and have no food!

This place is ran by a whole bunch of Incompetent retards. I placed an order and waited an hour and twenty minutes. I called the store and the driver couldn't find my apartment so he left. When I called the store they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked them why they didn't call me and they said the driver didn't have my number. They couldn't comp me for their ignorance and I am left starving due to their stupidity. Terribly terrible place. DON'T DEPEND ON THEM especially if you can't get food due to COVID-19. You'll be left for dead. Try dominos instead, at least you'll get your pizza.
