No gloves were used the entire time food was being prepared. Food was around dirty rags. At one point they place the dirty rag on the tongs that were used to put the food in their containers.

My initial visit to Wingstop left me deeply disappointed. Despite patiently waiting for nearly 50 minutes, the service was disappointingly slow, and the food, when it finally arrived, I’ll admit it was good, but was very ordinary, nothing special. What compounded the frustration was witnessing others who ordered well after us receive their food ahead of ours. Regrettably, this experience has soured my impression of Wingstop, and it's safe to say it will be my first and last visit.

Soooo disappointing. I placed my order at 11:59am, was quoted 16-21 minutes and I am still waiting for it at 12:38pm. In addition, my combo came with a drink, but there was no ice and once I finally got my food, it was cold; how?!?! I never leave reviews, but spending my entire lunch break waiting for bad food is just too much. I hope this was just an off day for them.

Love this location! Very clean and well kept. Friendly and fast staff. I had no issues what so ever and I recieved my food super fast I also noticed them getting other orders out super fast as well. They even made sure to greet me and my family and say good bye as well even though they were in a rush.

Best experience ever today, Sunday March 10 @ 2pm. Ordered online and came in and it was ready! I sat down to eat my food with my family and it was nice. Loved the music, how clean it was and definitely the wonderful staff on duty. Thanks so much! We got the 16.99 20 piece meal and it was amazing! Flavors were Original, Honey HOT, and Cajun (spicier than I anticipated lol)

My friend and i waited thirty mins unfriendly staff many of them were sick coughing sneezing food was sub par and we got sick that night overall worst .i dont recommend this
Expect to wait 1 hour and 15 min from the time you order to when you get the food. They don't care if your chicken is cold when I asked if it was still warm and have no control over what time your order was supposed to be ready when you make an online order according to the employee who was a he/she. Only good thing was the fries the chicken is trash. Tonight everyone was mad their orders took forever. Employees are not organized and the manager doesn't care either. Apparently the manager does not know corporate's number either. I will never eat at Wingstop again. Thank you

Filthy place, unprofessional staff and their manger, make you wait over one hour, Trash everywhere in the kitchen.I had the worse service experience ever at this place, I placed online order and it supposed to be ready in 21 minutes, I went to pick it up and the lady at the front desk said it’s gonna take another 20 minutes but that was a lie! I waited patiently and after one hour I asked her again for how long it would take, she went to check and she returned with her manager saying we lost your order, we don’t see it, I asked how? They said it happened when we are busy! So I had to cancel my order because they didn't’ give another option, the main issue they were not even sorry. Never come back to this place.

Excessive wait time. I physically watched them take new orders from costumers and fill their orders first leaving those of us who are picking up orders we placed online to wait. An hour and 27 minutes and still waiting. Between all the laughing and joking going on in kitchen poor service and picking who gets their orders first is down right ridiculous…
