Usually this place is good but the girl Emily took our order and gave us our drinks said 15 to 20 minutes we waited about a half hour when we noticed people who ordered way after us got their food, when I walked up and asked about our food Emily said she called out the name when we know she didn't because we sat there the whole time she gave us our drinks and watched us sit there and never called our name. We got frustrated and asked for a refund but not one manager asked what was the reason even though we were clearly frustrated. That was the worst customer service but what do you expect when you got kids running the store.

Ordered my food online at 9:34pm today on 03/02/2024. The email for my order stated i would receieve my order 22-26 minutes later. When I got the the counter I paid for my order which was an 8 piece wing with a large drink. As I watched customers who ordered at the counter way after me I went to ask the employee about my order. I waited roughly 10 minutes before an employee even looked my way. Customer service here is non existent. When I finally received my order almost a whole hour later at 10:31pm, it was cold as if the employees were not paying attention to handing out customer orders. I will definitely not be returning to this Wingstop location.

Service was horrible, was standing waiting to order employees seems to get mad when they got a customer, ordered a combo meal never asked what kind of drink or what side do i want for my order, the guy Ulises was so into his phone texting instead of taking care the customers, save some time and go somewhere else where they can take care of you as a customer
Expect for the "estimated time" to be completely off. Got there 5 minutes later from the estimated time and I got told 15-20 minutes more. Mind you they were all just hanging out while some were working. I truly don't know why these young kids/generation no longer want to earn their money.

First and last time I am going , why isn’t the Kitchen staff wearing any gloves, that’s super unsanitary and unsafe for the staff workers as well and for us people that eat their food, can’t believe it, hope you guys fix this, on top of that they told me to arrive at 8:20 for my order and it is 8:33 right now, I will not be returning, thats 0 stars from me , who ever is managing this place should definitely be talked to or fired
