Ordered pizza delivery 7/1/2021 11:15 AM. Order accepted and processed. Drive called on way, needed better directions. Directions provided. Driver called back shortly and said order canceled. Charges not processed. Told out of delivery area after order processed, accepted and driver on his way. Called store manager, treated rudely with no responses to my questions. He was clueless, just canceled order. Why didn't they tell me at order time, no response. Gave me corporate number which goes unattended. Left hanging with 20 people waiting for pizza at a local hospital. Done with Pizza Hut forever, will never go there again. Got pizza from Peter Pizza.

Did not have my order ready in the time they said they’d have it (20 minutes) I got there an hour after and my food was still not ready.

Ordered at 830pm. Said it would be here in an hour. Called at 10pm. Said it would be here. They acted like they could care less. Delivery guy shows up with the soda but no pizza in the pizza warmer. What the heck? Never again. Pizza Hut has gone downhill.

I'm not from this country.. The USA people are very rude, and very arrogant. Me as a person will never buy from pizza shops...pizza hut and cici are two of my last ones I still go to after being here 3year. Thank you, Irving
