Really cute, very clean, small restaurant with outside tables that you can use when it's cooler. The menu does have some unique sandwich's and the staff is very helpful in helping you decide what to have made. Breakfast is served all day so if you love breakfast you can come and get it later in the day. They offer four choices of really good tea. The food was delicious. I was so glad that we stopped here when we were downtown Phoenix.

Service is always super even when they have a full house. Looking forward to returning with my relatives. Prices are reasonable I would say. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I liked.

This place consistently delivers a fantastic experience. I often come here for business lunches and on weekends for breakfast with the family. Their toasted sandwiches are so different and flavorful and the passion fruit mimosas are amazing. They have a new one: #30 Seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, avocado, shredded lettuce, cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, Zookz lime chipotle crema. I don't even like Mexican food, but this sandwich is the bomb. Good vegetarian and vegan options for my friends. Everyone I take here loves it and every time I go, the food, service, atmosphere is all perfect. Just go. Try it. You will be satisfied.

Interesting take on sandwiches, very good. If you get a chance you've gotta try the dessert sandwich just wow. A little hard to find considering it doesn't have its own hard building...it's located within another building but aside from that awesome place for lunch.

I wish there was a Zooks closer to my house and my office! Found this location while attending a conference downtown. The lunch rush was busy but the line moved quick and they had plenty of seating options indoor and outdoor. I loved the kale salad that was one of the side choices with the sandwich, it was super refreshing and the perfect start to the meal while I waited for my sandwich.

You wouldn't think one could die of starvation in America, but there we were - me and all nine of my coworkers, famished, readying to devour each other's salty limbs when the senior manager calmly strolled in with several bags labeled Zookz. This was taco Tuesday. What the f*** is a Zookz? We were confused at first, but quickly jumped back on the crazy train and within moments - like face-eating zombies, we devoured everything in sight. Even the Zookz bags! Then, in our nearly lunch-comatose state, slouched in our cubicles like the sad and bloated gelatinous masses we'd morphed into, it occurred we had just eaten something god-like, something holy. No one really knew what the sandwiches, salads or sides were, but eventually we settled on baby unicorn slathered in puppy breath sauce and garnished with baby koala smiles. We knew we were all going to hell for this one. The office manager had truly f***** up this time. This was a group committal of original sin with the office manager posing as Eve. The only thing left to do was offer my god and maker a contrite apology, asking for forgiveness and in the ultimate act of penance, I asked he strike my mother-in-law dead if I was ever to eat at Zookz again. Zookz is currently on our Tuesday rotation.
