Visited The newly opened A & W in Prescott Valley. Order their coupon special of a root beer float and keep the glass mug for 5.99. was charged 5.99 for each mug plus 3.98 for the root beer. When we asked about the coupon price we got a run around story about Corporate and didn't get any discounts. We had a 20 % off coupon which we could have a used instead. The girls in the front lack any enthusiasm and walk around doing nothing instead of cleaning the tables and sweeping the dirty floor. We got there at 11:00 am. Now for the burgers we ordered the Papa combo. The burgers were good tasting however there was so much sauce on it the top bun was soaked. I ended up taking it off trying to save it with a napkin but it was too far gone. Will we be back? No thanks,. There are too many other places we can eat and drink for two at a price of 43.61.
