The young woman who represented herself to be management Savannah is to emotionally immature to be wielding the power she does. She is rude and when confronted with her attitude puts on this fake "who me I would NEVER do something like that" attitude. She stood and continued to engage with my husband, who was angry, with a very cocky attitude and as I finally got my husband to leave it alone she popped off with "go ahead you're welcome to 86 them I don't care" to another male worker. He stood there and antagonized my husband until once again my husband was angry. I ended up requesting a refund of my money and leaving but not before Savannah called the police to have me 86'd! Honestly I drove from Yarnell to have dinner after running errands..we don't have many places to sit down and eat in Yarnell and I was looking forward to our meal. The "children" who run this establishment need to be retrained for customer service.

New management brought in that destroy this business now a most annoying beeper as one enters so now ones stuck having to listen to it every single time someone walks in if you want your employees to hear someone come in put in the back so costumers are not thoroughly Annoyed whiles eating!

Put in a online order, they took my money. Went to go pick up my order and they were closed? 3 hours early? We called they said the app was through a 3rd party and couldn't help us. So basically they stole our 31 dollars and told us good luck.

Usually very good, but this last time, food was cold and not good presentation. I ordered sour dough meal, but no luck, so I ordered supreme meal. Looked like my sandwich was thrown together and I didn't get bacon. I went through drive-up as I always do.☹️??. Don't know if I'll be back there‼️

I went online to check their menu. The menu associated with this store claimed they sold chicken tater melt munchie meals and grilled chicken Cobb salads. This store had neither. They did have a plain grilled chicken salad that was wilted & old. In lieu of the munchie meal, I ordered a sour dough jack and a 3 pk of egg rolls. The burger was dry, and the egg rolls were incredibly overcooked. They did not give any choice of salad dressing for the salad, nor did they provide sweet & sour sauce. They didn't even include napkins!

It has been years since i have been to a jack in the box!Fries were crispy and wonderful, burgers were hot, fresh, and as expected....AND, the mystery meat tacos were the same odd deliciousness that I remember! ?Thank you for filling that craving!

Went a couple weeks ago good was cold and not nearly as good as Prescott's. However I went this Sunday morning only 2 guys were there about 9 am January 14th I say in specific detail because these guys were great. Nice attitude great service and the food was considerably better they deserve raises and are good employees treat them well now days there few and far in between and quite a rarity
