Possibly the BEST Mexican Style Breakfast Restaurant in the area.I drive all the way from Prescott Valley just to eat here. The seating is small but extremely worth it. I can't praise this place enough for their food and service, I love the people! It's a little family with wonderful waitresses who now have been greeting me personally after just a few visits. The burrito is my Favorite so far.If you're a breakfast lover I Absolutely would like you to try B Simple. It makes Prescott the place to be for good living. Good timesVegetarian options: Anything can be substituted, and delicious!Kid-friendliness: Super welcoming and friendly. The kids will love it

Wish I took pictures. But hopefully this review does enough justice. Ordered the Jax with a side of Suzy Qs and Golden browns. Biscuit was soft and delicious and not in the least bit dry. Everything on the sandwich you can tell was fresh. The Golden browns were absolutely incredible. Proportion size was great. The Suzy Q (their version of French Toast) was light, fluffy and slightly sweet, and very delicious. 5 star for sure as even service was great.

We were starving!! It was early enough on a Saturday morning for us to be seated immediately. I loved my meal...it was a scrambled egg with cheese and avocado on two slices of perfectly toasted bread. My husband enjoyed his breakfast as well. The other b.simple is the place we enjoy for great steaks and hamburgers. It's just a short drive out of town. Call for reservations...this place qualifies as fine dining with a log cabin rustic feel.

Very cute and cozy breakfast place with super nice employees. The pancakes were big and fluffy and tasted amazing. Their 'butter browns' (hash browns) were delicious and worked well with over medium eggs on top. Great place for breakfast!

Food—very good (4). Family friendly? No. Try to bring a newborn in a stroller into this place and be ready to be glared at by Courtney (server) and told that you’re in the way. It’s true that the space is small, but they won’t seat you til your entire party arrives, so if there were a table available against the wall where strollers would be out of the way, you cant save it.Honestly, business is good for b simple, so this review probably means nothing to them. It’s disappointing as a new parent that I can’t eat at the restaurant I used to really enjoy. Also, no changing table in the bathroom also communicates the same message clearly: don’t come here with your young children.
