My husband and I went this afternoon at 4:30 for dinner. There was one other customer in the place. I have always loved Baja Fresh in Phoenix so I was excited there is now one in Prescott. I was so bummed. The floor looked like there had been a food fight. When we tried to find a table to sit down at we couldn't even get close to some because of the food on the floor. It wasn't just one table. And the some of the tables were dirty and one still had dirty dishes on it. Not at all appetizing! The beer is stuck in crushed ice and you are supposed to help yourself, but the ice had mostly melted and sure enough, the beer wasn't very cold. We won't be going back.

Not sure if its just me, but I'm always so cold in here. Always empty when I come by, but its decent food, just too pricey.

This is a restaurant chain which is very popular in California. Food is prepared for each order and reasonable considering the quality. Baja Fresh is not a substitute for Burger King or McDonald's where prices are lower based on business volume and preparation style. Baja Fresh is a welcome addition to Prescott.

Stopped in a couple of times this week. Clean, the food is excellent, and the service is quick. Kind of a high-end fast food with a Cali-Mex style. I've had the shrimp tacos as well as the Mahi Mahi tacos. Both were excellent. Their 6-chili salsa has become my favorite as well. My only issue is the price. Granted, seafood in Arizona is always going to be expensive, but a shrimp taco is $3, and it comes with 4 shrimp on a tortilla with some salsa and onions. A little overpriced. Good, but not if you're needing to watch your wallet.
