Carl's used to make a very tasty burger. The wife stopped on the way home from work, picked up a couple of burgers. Mine was a double western bacon cheese burger. The absolute worst burger I ever had. First, she waited quite while in the drive thru. Thinking our order would be fresh. When she got home with the food, both burgers were cold. Mine was flat like something heavy was on top of it. After microwaving it, it was warm but almost inedible. This burger was nowhere near as good of quality as In and Out, which is we will getting our burgers from now on. What a shame, Carl's used to make a really good burger.After a response from the owner requesting that I go to a website to get more information, it was clear that he website was Carl's Jr. main site. I will tell him or her that if the burgers that we got looked ANYTHING close to what the website presented we would not be having this conversation!

Went inside and a kitten was on the table, didn’t think anything of it really. Came back the next day and they called the police on me and had me trespassed because apparently I was trying to steal the kitten and it was the managers. Then they told the police I was on

This is getting rediculous!This is not the first, not the second, but the THIRD time I've experienced this over the last few months... And most definitely the last.Note* it's not busy 7ish pm, one car in front of me, no one else, appeared empty inside.Simple order, Famous Star w/Cheese ( thats the double burger ), 2 onion rings, chocolate shake.Get the order, look in bag it's all there, yay ( this place often is incorrect, but not this time)Get home to eat, one patty!!! This has in fact happened before. Twice!!!To that end, not a normal mistake, I fact before this place have never had this happen. Being that it's repeatedly happening I am left to assume it's intentional. Way of saving product at the consumers expense. Idk, just can't imagine an employee being consistently so stupid as to not putting two patty's on a double cheese burger...Needless to say, to many other options available to waste money here.Take it as a warning, as I'm positive I am not the only person they've done this too.
