First I didn't know it really isn't a restrauant it's just a few tables in the lobby area. There was no music. They told us they ran out of a lot of food. We only had a choice of two items. One was brisket and it was so tough we couldn't eat it. Food was cold. We were told it's because they are not a real restaurant the have to carry it always from the hotel. Asked for drinks but we couldn't have the drinks we ordered I mean any of them because they didn't have the mixes they needed. We just wanted a nice dinner drinks some good food and a nice time. Don't waste your money. Our bill was 75.00 for two. The other nites we ate at Cracker Barrel and Golden Corral. There is also a great Mexican restaurant right down the road which was great. They were all great and a lot cheaper.

Nestled within the Prescott Resort and Convention Center, this restaurant is a culinary gem offering sweeping views of mountaintops and downtown Prescott. A diamond within a gorgeous hotel and casino, it recently reopened after a few years of closure during the pandemic, and we were delighted to discover its renewed charm. We had the privilege of accommodating a large party of 24 for breakfast before my grandmother's funeral, and the experience was seamlessly managed. The ambiance, combined with the scenic backdrop, created an oasis of comfort and sophistication. I personally savored the quinoa breakfast bowl, a delightful and nutritious choice that elevated my morning. My significant other opted for the French toast, a decision met with satisfaction. A helpful tip for fellow patrons: consider ordering the pot of coffee if you plan on having refills. Additionally, choosing the sausage with the French toast proved to be a more flavorful option with a better portion size than the ham steak. In the midst of challenging times, this restaurant stands as a tasteful haven, providing solace and culinary excellence. A truly resplendent sanctuary within Prescott, offering both comfort and elevated dining.

Had reservations for 730 wasn't seated until 815. Then took 2 hours for food to be served. The restaurant had very few customers and @ $75 a plate I expected better service. Overall will not be dining there anytime soon.

While we realize New Years Eve can be busy this review is for that evening. We arrived early for our reservation to check in and were informed of a 30-40 minute delay in seating due to ‘short staffing' This was a planned event, advertised price fixed meal.. staffing should have been adequately planned. We made the reservation two days prior, if they were booked we should not have been able to make the reservations. The hostess was lost. Asked for our names 4 plus times and was frantic. The meal: pre-plated salads and appetizers which by a later reservation were not served at the correct temperature and were returned. Entree was acceptable but at this time we were afraid to return anything additional. Dessert was also pre plated and cream was flat Don't waste your money on this one in the future. They have lots of issues to iron out.

Waitress was very good and attentive, however we were never offered water at the table and we had to ask the bus boy several times for water. Other than that, the evening was very enjoyable. I might add that we ate at Icha Maajoh not The Eagles Nest.

Unfortunately I was not pleased with Christmas Day Brunch! The price was very high for what was served! My guest was not impressed with the quality of the food! He had one small plate of food and he found the food inedible! He never went back for more! I heard the omelets were good but I didn't go there for brunch! We were offered “one” mimosa each after that additional mimosas there was another charge of $9.00! Service was so so, there was a need for more servers! Everyone was friendly and tried their best but I felt a lot of stress! I wish I could give a more favorable review but I will not go again!

My Mom and I enjoyed a wonderful Saturday evening at the Eagle's Nest. Our very friendly and efficient server, Jordon, was amazing. She was very busy serving drinks , taking orders and bringing food down from the upstairs kitchen while still keeping complete composure! The arancini appetizer was delicious. The chicken quesadilla was typical but lacked chicken. The pillowy gnocchi entree was very tasty and quite filling. The band (4-5 piece) was an added plus to the night! I do not recall their name but they played a great variety of classics. My mom sang every song :) There were plenty couples/singles dancing and having a great time.

The kitchen was closed at the time of our reservation. I am not sure if that's on OpenTable or the restaurant for inaccurate information. The restaurant sent us to the lobby bar and they told us the same thing. We drove all day to have dinner with our son at a nice place and this was disappointing. Since it was law we had to scramble to find another place at last minute.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food -- especially the night before a big thanksgiving buffet. Interesting selection and generous portions. We will return to try other things on the menu and invite friends to join us.

Unfortunately the only positive of dining here was our waitress was super sweet. She was also the only wait staff working covering as bartender and waitress. Hardly anyone in dining restaurant and food took forever to come out. My granddaughters chicken strips were inedible. Sent back. My steak frites was not hit and steak was no more than 4 ounces. Pretty sad! The waitress could not service our table because of all the tasks she had to handle. Breakfast next morning was not any better with dried up potatoes from probably 2 days ago. No coffee refill and again 1 waitress. Never again and I truly believe the focus was on the casino next door and not the hotel. Poor management was evident. Never again!

Worst lunch in a looooong time. Indian fry bread tacos were very greasy and the meat was mainly fat and gristle. My wife's burger was much better. Service was indifferent. We had to flag our server down for condiments, water and ice tea refills. The view was beautiful but the patio was closed for lunch. NEVER again!!!!

We just had a fantastic date at the Eagle's Nest at the Prescott Resort. We had several cocktails from their offerings including the Bees Knees, Elote Lemonade and Higher Ground. They were all wonderful and well crafted. We shared the Brussels Sprouts, Crab Gratin and Arancini. Each was great but the arancini stood out, crispy on the outside and creamy inside. The tomato sauce it was served with a great surprise with harissa. We also tried the fish and chips Friday special. The cod was perfectly cooked and crisp, the fries well seasoned and the remoulade To.Die.For. Jordan took really great care of us. She was clearly well trained and so friendly. We finished with the cheesecake of the day and it was lovely. Prescott is sleeping on the Eagles Nest. The menu is well priced and approachable with elevated touches. And they have great happy hour.

So...don't bother making a reservation for a table here because it's kind of a free for all. We were there on Sat. July 1. Find your own table. Yell at the bartender for 10 min to get a drink. Buffet dinner for $22/person. The steamer food was forgettable except for the potato salad and bread pudding. Having said that, the live band was entertaining and there was plenty of room to sit outdoors with the spectacular view. So, go, but don't expect much re service or food quality.

The restaurant's menu was very limited and the bar and restaurant were understaffed. The peppercorn sauce on the steak was overly sweet and spicy. Good place for a drink but will not go back to eat.

When I made a reservation on-line the dinner price was $55. When I arrived the price was $73. I mentioned that to the 'host' who could not have cared less. He simply pointed to the price and waited for me to pay.
