I work for the Post Office, so I know that customer service is pretty hard sometimes. I had Marco serve me today in the drive-thru, and he was exceptionally customer service oriented! Friendly, knowledgeable, happy, did i say friendly? a big smile goes a long way. So thank you to the morning crew, I was I was able to have a wonderful day because of Marcos wonderful positive attitude.

Not that any of us expect much when it comes to eating at McDonalds (other than receiving a hot meal and good French fries), however with the continual price increases, I have concluded that $1 for $1, one is better off going to an actual restaurant.At least there you get prepared meals that resemble pictures on the menu, a server with some personality, and quality ingredients.I guess convenience really does come at a price.

I used to never come to the McDonald's until about a month ago. I came and they hired an older man that is always at the second window at night and he is so funny and friendly and kind. I love seeing how happy he is !!

Took 20 minutes to make one burger. They made me sit out front where 7 other cars passed me in the drive thru that were behind me. I got my one quarter pounder and it was cold, you could tell they just forgot it or didn’t see it, so they still just said whatever and gave me cold old food.

Great for breakfast horrible for lunch and dinner as I have mickey D burger burnout they also try to force u to use the kiosk but it doesn't let u do ongoing deals such as the 2 for 5 bucks breakfast Sammie's ie..got 4 sand in total trying for the 2 for 5 thing twice and the kiosk doesn't subtract to the normal price and tried to charge me over 30 bucks nor did it allow me to use rewards points on there ...so slow motion nooooooooooooooooooo to the kiosk..don't the workers know that their pushiness for this will cost them their job..once everyone is using it then there's no reason to keep any crew at the counter..enjoy your unemployment omg
