Shorted 3rd item from bigger plate, wasn’t given any sweet n sour sauces as requested & honey walnut shrimp was so well done it was tasteless. Don’t recommend this store.

Awful every time I try to give it another chance. Rice was undercooked. Chow mein was more onion than noodles. Teriyaki chicken was overcooked and burnt on the outside and like always they forgot to put the sauce packet in the bag so I just got grilled chicken. The broccoli beef was 2 pieces beef and the rest broccoli. No sauce in bag and no sauce for egg roll. Egg roll was also overcooked and gross. Way to destroy someone’s dinner

Noodles are dry and I wasn't able to get the food I asked for because the manager came In and took another drive through order and left like 4 Pieces left and said that's an order I guess if u don't go through drive through they don't

The whole point of ordering online is to just go and pick it up… is not my first time, I always have to wait… my order was supposed to be ready at 7:25pm, is 7:43pm and i dnt know how much longer I gotta wait…

I waited around an extra 40 minutes just to pick up an online order. Pickup time was set for 5:46 and I didn’t end up leaving until 6:20-6:30

Never enough employees at this location and they stop making food way before they are closed. I deliver for 3rd party services and can’t accept orders after 815 at night because they won’t have half the order even though they close at 930 and the customers

Love me some Panda. Only 3 stars for service because they ran out of Orange chicken (go figure) and there was a long wait.When I got home I realized, with the long delay, they forgot to add my order of Spring Rolls. (that I paid for)

I was asked if I wanted to wait about 10 or 15 minutes for fresh sweet fire chicken to be made, and of course I said yes that was fine. I honestly will say I think that was the best serving and ratio of chicken peppers pineapple I've ever had, it was so good and the workers were so very nice.
