They had my pizza ready in less than TEN minutes! I didn’t think a pizza shop could do that. All of the employees were smiling and having fun, but nobody was messing around. It’s like they just enjoy working there! Great pizza, great service! I will be back!

Horrible place to work. I had a friend who worked here and he was overworked and way under paid. Was promised certain things that never happen. The GM AJ is very rude and yells at staff in front of customers. And tbh the food is garbage everything is stopped together. If I could leave a negative star I would leave a 100 of them.

I ordered easy cheese on both my pizza....I get it not in the mood to read the ticket....that's cool but I only went to papa johns because little ceaser was closed ten times the pizza you girls make.....back in the day you girls where the bomb....just FYI....I will no longer get food of any kind from any of your franchise...thanks for your time.

I've been coming to this location for quite some time for about 4 years since I've lived in Prescott Arizona. I've never had a problem with this Papa John's until recently when they hired a new driver. This new driver seems to think it's okay to harass intimidate and threaten people I've already spoken with the manager one time. Nothing happened. Last night this employee and three of his friends decided they were going to threaten me from across the fence over at Circle K while they are at work on Papa John's. I filed a police report nothing happened. I will never come back to this establishment again. Since the management employees think it's okay to harass intimidate and threaten people of the less Fortune. I will take my business somewhere else from now on I do not need the pizza from this establishment whatsoever.
Probably one of the best PJs I have experienced. Consistently fresh, fast and friendly. I’ve lived all over the country and can honestly say the PJs in Prescott ((Iron Springs Rd) is fantastic. Our delivery person embodies what Papas mission is. Went with a well done Shaq special and well done wings. Excellent and cooked exactly how we like it. Delivery was freaky fast and friendly.

---------------- Zero Star Review----------------Placed an online order for 7 pizza's and only received 6 upon realizing we were short one I called back and received the most disrespectful customer service ever from the guy I assume is managing or running the register @06:53pm on 5 November. The Atticus this guy had over the phone was distasteful. But after ready a few other previous reviews it seems they are known for messing up orders. I'd recommend those go else where for pizza instead of this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered an 8 piece wings to go with my pizza. What I got was 6 wings and a broken one with little meat on it. So 6 and a half. Charged for an 8. Check your order before you leave.

i ordered a medium pie for delivery with cash and i waited an hour and a half and sooner or later the driver must have just given up because i never received my food. i’d give it zero stars if i could.
