I went in here just to get a drink and sit down. I noticed it there now delivering pizza and beer which is kind of cool. I struck up a conversation with the man behind the counter and I got to tell you he was extremely knowledgeable about his products. Extremely. Which is highly unusual these days. A pizza joint employee who is extremely knowledgeable about the entire food and beverage process and the process within his corporation. Absolutely fascinating. Absolutely refreshing. I got to give the guy props. He knew his stuff

I ordered delivery for the $7 bundle. In that order I picked boneless wings garlic parm (The ONLY good part of this experience), side of Buffalo & garlic dips, as well as a medium thin crust bacon. And added a fruit punch Gatorade. Paid, waited for the delivery. 5 mins laite...not mad at that. They forgot my gatorade...I chased after him....he looks at me and drives off. Been trying to call for 20 mins now, and all it does is ring then go to busy. Now the pizza with hardly any sauce and cheese will taste even worse. Now I need to get in my car and go there myself. Damn just give me my Gatorade or my money back for that and the pizza.

Firstly, I love Pizza Hut, definitely my favorite chain pizza. The store on Willow Creek Rd. Always has awesome service, and prompt delivery to the table. Every time I stop I meet happy, wonderful employees. The place is always clean. A planned stop when I go to Prescott.

Ordered 2 Large 1 Topping Pizza's with bread Sticks one pepperoni one Italian sausage both the Pizza's were very delicious as well as the Bread sticks Pizza's were hand Tossed . person taking our Order by Phone was very polite and Explained what specials they had and the time frame for delivery. The delivery driver was polite and called to let us know how far out he was we will be ordering again From Pizza Hut and I Recommend them for good Pizza and service Thank you to the Pizza Hut Team . 6/23/23

My hubby and I love Pizza Hut but we sometimes have a hard time locating Pizza Huts when traveling. We were really happy when we located a Pizza Hut in Prescott. We called in our order and by the time we arrived our Pizza was just about ready. We were also happy that we could eat inside this location rather than taking our food home. We found this Pizza,Hut easily and were greeted upon our arrival by Wiiliam, store manager. He was friendly, helpful and very professional . Our Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. The eating area was bright and cheery and very clean and neat. Now that we found this location on Willow Creek it is on our list for many repeat visits when in town. Thank you William, it was a pleasure speaking with you and learning about new menu items up and coming within the next few months. If you enjoy Pizza Hut, this location is really good!
