Absolutely awful service every time I go. Food left out, order completely wrong, dry and cold chicken!?? bad customer service, 20+ minute wait. This place has it all. Do you guys just hire people and not train or supervise them? What a joke.

Extra long wait to order. Extra long wait for your order. Short staffed- employees making everything very chaotic. Why only 2 workers at 12:00pm today. Then 2 more came in at 12:30pm. Food wasnt fresh. Area where the hot Chicken is dirty. Says on the menu combos come with a biscuit. Didnt get a bisciut? Very disappointed in all 3 different visits since they opened. Wont be back. The drive thru is a joke, walk in order today is a joke.

I’ve never been to Popeyes before and my son said we had to try it. The parking lot was thick with snow - but my WRX handled just fine. The combo I selected was perfect. I can’t believe I’ve never tried it until now. ?

Food was not great, the biscuits were so bad my dog would only eat half. They were so hard along with luke warm food. Not to mention the portion size seemed to be much smaller.
Paid more than $10 for luke warm food. That's a 2 star right there. Also it kinda irritates me that the menu says "meals come with a biscuit and a side," but then in fine print below it not with the 1, 2, or 3. Oh, oh that's my bad for not reading the fine print. Also there's no tea. Also there were no condiments. Also the chicken was dry. Just real low value and quality overall.

Well owning 5 restaurants and 35 years as a Chef I am positive that smoking and eating behind the line is not in the employee manual. And if it is, it would say it is absolutely against the rules. It was so disgusting that I just had to laugh and leave. Fire everyone and start over. Your absurd.
