Prescott Station has unfortunately gone out of business. They were permanently shutdown by someone in the health department that has a grudge against them very much enjoyed working there and it was a very nice family and Resteraunt to work in. Sad to see it go

Wonderfully unique and imaginative international recipes. And an amazing wine collection! We've only had take out so far but we're looking forward to the time we will be ready to enjoy their patio or dining room. Full menu on their website.

The food here is delectable - the burgers and the chicken corn chowder were out of this world. The people were very hospitable; however, my boyfriend's order was messed up by the kitchen, and not once did either the server nor the manager offer to re-make or fix the dish, but just to ask if he wanted bread or more mayo. They also did not adjust the price on the check and charged an additional $3 for a side of sauce that was A: wrong and B: never mentioned it was going to cost extra.

I've had some great meals here and some bad ones too. This one was the most disappointing though. Ordered the rib-eye, wanted it cooked medium rare. 30 minutes later, I got an over-charred medium/well steak. I sent it back and was gruffly told by the manager that the seasoning they use has some sugar/brown sugar in it and most of their steaks come out with a little char on them. I pointed to my wife's steak (cooked medium, as requested) and noted that hers had no char and almost perfect grill marks. Her steak was nice and flavorful. He couldn't explain the difference logically. They did give me another steak but the manager admitted to only using salt and pepper on it to avoid charring. Trust me, it was pretty bland at that point. Disappointing since its almost a $40 steak.

My wife and I have enjoyed Prescott Station since we first moved to Prescott. The menu has a lot of creativity to it. Unfortunately the menu is not supported by consistent good service. When we went to Prescott Station in October, my wife had problems with the spinach salad. She described the problem that she had to the server and asked to talk with the manager. The server returned to the table and said that the manager had said that the salad was as it was expected to be, that there was no problem with it. We tried talking with the server about how we were not happy with it. Finally, we were asked if we wanted it taken off the bill. We said yes. The manager never showed up to talk with us. Later when the bill was presented, the charge for the salad was still there. Rather than arguing about it, we paid it and decided that we would simply not frequent the Station as much as we have in the past. Last night, it had been a few months since we had been there. We decided that we would give them another opportunity. We went and asked to be seated outside for safety reasons. We were under the heater, so we were comfortable. There was another group seated near us, so it was apparent that they were serving on the deck. We then waited around 5 minutes before we were given menus and water. It took another 10 minutes before the manager came by and asked if we had seen a server yet. She said that she would make sure that we were taken care of. A good 10 minutes later, the manager returned and seeing that we had not had our order taken, took our drink and dinner order. At least 10 minutes later, no drinks. My wife went inside to inquire. Finally we got our drinks and first course. The manager came out and said that she was wearing two hats, manager and server, that the serving part had taken a hit. I told the manager that I felt abandoned. She sort of laughed about it and said that she would take care of it. After that, we waited for another 10 to 12 minutes. Finally our dinner showed up. My wife's seafood enchiladas were fine. My Whole Enchilada dinner was cold. We asked for to go boxes and our check. We had been at the restaurant for a bit over an hour and 20 minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting. When the manager delivered the boxes and check, she said that we should let her know the next time that we were by and she would comp us an appetizer. Prescott Station is not an inexpensive restaurant. I have no problem with that if the food and the service are worth it. I realize that during COVID, things are different. Patience is required. My wife and I go out at least once a week though, so we have seen what other restaurants are capable of. When you wait for over an hour and twenty minutes and your food comes out cold though, that is simply not acceptable. It has gotten to the point with us though where Prescott Station is just not dependable.

I've eaten here many times and the food is usually very delicious but I dined on Christmas Eve and perhaps because it was busy the service was very poor, the waitress never checked in on us oh, my mashed potatoes were cold when I specifically asked that they be extra hot the waitress came and took my potatoes and brought them back after I had finished my steak. Super disappointed across the board and I thought the desert was a warm Brownie and it was cold and we waited 30 minutes for it. Super poor service from the waitress. When I go to a nice restaurant I would like really good service and again I think it's because it was Christmas Eve and the service was substandard. Will think twice before dining at this establishment.

Food here is always wonderful but the portly front desk receptionist displayed a really terrible attitude & sub-par customer service.

Had eaten there about a year ago and the food was great. Was back in town and wanted to go there again. . . well what a mistake. Though the staff was very accommodating, as we didn't have a reservation but was able to get us a seat. The waitress was attentive and friendly. . . BUT the food was the worst I've had in a pricey restaurant ever. Had the dirty pasta I believe it was called and it was a bowl of mush with no flavors blending nicely together. It did have a kick to it the waitress warned me about but that was probably the best part. Husband had the enchiladas which he said were middle of the road. Just not worth the price. They need a better chef and back to better menu choices. What happened to the good burger they used to have. Oh and my slice of bread on the side would have been nice if it where toasted and maybe some garlic butter on it. I am not a fussy eater but 4 bites and I could and would not eat the rest. Yuk!

Eclectic menu with unusual and delightful food combinations. Their enchiladas are over the top good, especially the pulled chicken meat with Jalapeno creme sauce! The calamari piccata is delicious and the elk fajitas are definitely worth trying. Their signature margarita is great and the wine selection is excellent.Great service, nice ambience, terrific food. Our favorite restaurant in Prescott, hands down.

This was our first visit to Prescott Station Grill. The menu had so many choices that look amazing. So it was hard to choose. We sat on the patio as it is dog friendly, they had just the right amount of heat. Our food was delicious and my bloody mary house mix was superb. Our waiter Charlie was great. Manager also rounded and said " Hello" If you haven't been here try it out. My only disappointment was they were out of the peach cobbler.

Went here for the first time Saturday night. I got the elk fajitas and they were absolutely AMAZING. So much flavor and the tortillas were warmed and crispy just how i like them! All the sauces they brought were flavorful and delicious! Would definitely recommend 10/10!!
