My hubby and I went to Rosas for lunch. He had the eggplant parmesan and I had the Chicken Martini. Both dishes were delicious and the service was great as well. Hallie served us and was attentive and prompt. 5 stars well deserved

Been coming here for years to get away from the bad restaurants in flagstaff. Best rigatoni bolognese ever, even better than in Rome. The pizza is good as well. Good service. Fair prices. Nothing here will disappoint you.
I've been here twice and had outstanding service both times. I haven't tried many other things on the menu but the pizzas are quite delicious.I've had the Meat Lover's pizza and a pepperoni with basil pizza. Both were 10" and I consumed them completely.Definitely worth a stop if you have time to drop in.

Great, quaint little spot to have some amazing Italian food. Waiter was friendly and efficient with service. Food was delicious with a reasonable price. The environment is fast pace, busy, and yet did not feel rushed. Its a loud environment but that’s attributed to all the smiling faces and conversations among the crowd.
Visiting from out of town and was recommended here by a local friend.Initially, we were slow to be served which made us a little apprehensive. However, when our server Brendan finally got to us he was extremely apologetic and attended to our every need and made the whole experience enjoyable.The food was amazing and Brendan was great. Will definitely be back when we visit again!

Stopped in here on our way back to Vegas after 5 days of hiking and eating dinners in Prescott area. We wanted left overs for dinner, so we got a bunch of food with the intention to take stuff home. We were promptly sat upon arrival. Not to bilat for Monday lunch, as expected. My son had the kids Alfredo pasta and enjoyed it. My wife got the Giordano salad and loved it. I had the chicken parm. It was excellent. Huge piece of chicken. Perfectly cooked. Ate half and brought the rest home including all of the pasta. Ate a bite of pasta, delicious sauce. We also ordered a large white pizza. We split one piece. Loved it. We got back to Vegas tonight and had a few more pieces of pizza. Still have so many left overs. Can't wait to eat the rest, lol. Our server Greg was great, super friendly. We really enjoyed our meal here and will definitely eat a meal or 2 here on our next hiking trip.
