Very poor customer service by the owner.I had a large order and it was delivered very late and very cold. No problem but when you call to speak to the manager and they say they will return your call and they never do, thats poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!! FYI customers are the reason you have a business.Corporate office was absolutely no help, they dont stand behind their name. This is too bad!

This was our first time here. Friends brought us here, they had nothing but good things to say. But tonight they were shocked. Our server was by herself on a Friday evening. At least 3 people in the kitchen including the owner. She asked for help and was ignored for quite awhile. She was bussing, cashier, and serving. But she always had a smile and was very nice. The owner finally came out to assist in his clean white shirt. There was at least one table that left due to the wait. We were there for a good 20 minutes before she was able to take our order.Bottom line, not our servers fault. Management/owner needs to fix it.

I went here today around 5:30, the woman at the register told us to give her 10 to 15 minutes she had to close out a table. My wife and I sat patiently for about 25 minutes right by the door in front of the woman. A man came in to pick up his order as we had been sitting there for 10 minutes, they messed up his order and ask if he wanted anything while he waited. He got a beer and they clean a table and sat him while we were waiting for our table. The woman walked by me and said your table is ready, as I go to my seat the man who came in after us was sitting there with a drink and we didn’t even have silverware. I won’t go back and I don’t recommend anyone going there.

Rosati's has always exceeded expectations! Whether it's dine-in or takeout, the staff is so kind and the food is extremely delicious. I also appreciate the coupons and deals sent out in their emails so I know I can always get a little something off. Definitely a favorite in our household!!

Didn't dine. Instead, did Doordash, but received personal service from the manager when my order came up funny. He rectified and helped fix my order. Went the extra mile to make the pizza even better by adding more to requested toppings. Love the deep dish pizza, the service, and expedient, prompt delivery.

I'm from Chicago and a Rosati's tastes like home. Beef sandwiches are good as well but I find them too salty.Parking: Limited street parking due to the abundance of restaurants nearby and traffic on Willis St.
