I crave shakes and smoothies every now and then, but everytime I go something is broken.If the machines are broken why is this place still in business. I want to be able to go to Sonic and for the staff to be happy to help their customers.. instead of of just chilling in the parking lot.. anyway, great cheese sticks

Just ordered 2 Oreo blast, both had less than 5 Oreo crumbles on top, not blended in, if I wanted just vanilla ice cream I would’ve ordered that.

I seen there commercial for their buttery bacon cheese burger. I fell for it and got one. I drove home took the burger out took a bite. It was so nasty I spit it out. Then I opened it up and it was a nasty burger with mayo and chopped onion. Enclosed is a photo..but what made it worse was when calling there customer service they convently dont speak clear english so they have me doing the run around trying to get a refund..so I am posting this..i will. NEVER EAT AT SONIC AGAIN later I went to a different burger place to get a burger.
Food service and quality seems like it is somewhat better than past 3 or 4 months, first time back aftrr that long of sad service, and rude lazy staff, but crew seems new and better run. Glad to see that turn around.

Spontaneous trip out for ice cream with the kids. It's nice to be able to pull in and not have to get the kids in and out of the car but also not have to go to the drive thru. Everyone was happy.
