Would have loved to give a 5-star review, as my smoothie was delicious, but I unfortunately believe I got food poisoning due to the smoothie I had here following my first visit on 3/30. Still recovering nearly 72 hours later. I am sure all appropriate sanitary measures are taken by the staff, so I wonder if I just happened to get a bad batch of fruit in my smoothie. I got the vanilla berries smoothie with peanut butter so maybe it was the raspberries or strawberries. May be worth checking with supplier to make sure future shipments are safe. I would have loved to make this one of my usuals, as the service and taste were excellent, but I think I am a bit too scarred to return now.I hate bashing a small business as I truly do like to see them successful, but I felt it was necessary to share. I would be more than happy to remove/edit this review if the owner can attest they’ve done their due diligence and investigated to make sure the fruit used that day was not contaminated.

Today was my second time stopping in to Vibes; and the "vibe" this time was completely different from my first visit. While I want to give this small, local business a better rating, today's experience makes that impossible. When I called in at 3:35, the young man was clearly hesitant to take my order; he was also quick to remind me that the store closes at 4:00. This attitude was more prominent when I arrived at 3:50 to pick up my bowl. The guy appeared to hate his job; or at the least was in an unnecessary rush to close shop...Service like this truly made me feel like my business was an inconvenience.However, this was in sharp contrast to my first visit, during which a friendly young lady happily prepared my bowl, and amiably chatted with me during the whole process. She was so sweet & genuine - made me want to return!My bowl today is tasty, aside from the insanely thick layer of granola - about a third of the contents. I am paying for something healthy, not a pound of sugary granola. ? I'm so disappointed, as I've been looking forward to this meal all day.My other comment/request is that I would love an all-organic option here in Prescott.I will consider amending this rating if Vibes responds, and if actions are taken to improve consistency in customer service (which based on other reviews, inconsistency seems to be a trend). Thanks for existing, Vibes. But please, hire people who care about health and see the Vibes vision. This kid needs to get a different job or set himself straight.

We went a couple of months ago. Staff wasn't trained well. Management/supervisor didn't support said staff. Drinks were ok. The inside was nice.

Was hitting this place almost regularly 1-2x weekly (@$14 a pop because they want a tip even though they're doing their job ) for a smoothie ...Until today at 10:15am..Went in to order, there was another couple in front of me who ordered and the guy at the counter took their order and proceeded to turn around to go make their 2 drinks -- COMPLETELY IGNORING me. He didn't even acknowledge my presence ; no "hey, be right with you " - n o t h i n gI'm gonna take this as a sign to take my business ($14 a pop @ 4x per month) elsewhere... ya know, where they actually see me and acknowledge that I'm standing there wanting to do business with them.

The smoothie bowl tasted like frozen chalk and had very little toppings, plus it took 25 minutes for them to make it.

Gluten free, Vegan snacks. They have a new wrap that has kale, beetroot hummus, and black beans that is super yummy!I love their coffee cup, however I get almond butter in the bowl rather than peanut butter.My favorite juice is the Beetroot Boost and the Fireball Wellness Shot.

I have been here a few times and I love it here. The service is friendly, the food is amazing, and the indoor seating is very comfortable. My friend and I sat here one morning for an hour and the chairs were very comfortable. The coffee smoothie bowl is my favorite so far...
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF SMALL PRINT that they add agave to all smoothies and bowls. They offered to remake my smoothie but I hate the waste. SIMPLY BEWARE. I suggested they make the added sugar notation BIGGER and next to the smoothie ingredients. They looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe I am.

This place really blows. They had me waiting for 40 min until just to tell me they are out of beets. Never going back here. It's not organic and they charge WAY to much for something that is not organic. They are also ALWAYS out of product.
