We were very disappointed with our burgers. The wait took forever, they didn't give us our complete order and they didn't put sauce on the burgers. We received a cheese sauce with half an eaten French in it already. The attitude from the employees didn't make this experience any better, they were grumpy and tired people .

The system had problems processing a coupon and charged me the full price for the item. The food service worker and manager were courteous and made it right.

Just sat in drive through for 20 minutes for cold food. After everything I ordered the response was “ANYTHING ELSE” instead of just letting me finish. Asked a question after getting food and the window was closed on me before I could respond. Will not go

After seeing the pretzel bun baconater commercial so many times we decided to try it. Got it to go. When we opened them at home we found regular small buns with wafer thin meat. No big pretzel bun and thick burgers. Very disappointed and will never stop there again.

Sat in the drive thru for 13 minutes for 2 combo meals. Staff was unfriendly and unkempt. We won't be back to this particular Wendy's. The slow, dirty staff left us feeling uncomfortable eating the food they prepared. I hope they wore fresh gloves because I doubt they regularly wash their hands.

New store so it is very clean. Busy location but they keep it moving.
715 pm today I get to the drive threw and first thing I am greeted with was “just so you know there’s a 75 dollar order ahead of you so it’s going to be awhile” when I said okay I literally heard nothing for the next few minutes so I drove to McDonald’s, who are very nice. The night crew are rude most of the time and have a few employees that seem to have very questionable hygiene.

The food was expensive, $33.00 for lunch for 2 people. the service was slow, waited in line for a while, had to remind server I paid for a frosty. The drink machines were really gross. I hate those soda computers! The condiments were 80% gone. Both restrooms were out of paper towles. We left knowing we won't be back.

Food is great but I'm stick of rolling up to every employee not in uniform, it's cold out and they are have these shoots hoodies and stuff when they should have Wendy's logo jackets available. I also have come a few times and the employee at the window touch their faces and stick their fingers in their mouths.....it's gross....and no name tags and earbuds....
