Had Grilled Cheese and bacon. Cheese wasn't melted, very little on sandwich. Was eh. ?Tater tots were good. Biggest complaint? Walked into their gift shop (which had VERY little to offer) and immediately saw this. ? Who does this? Will not spend another $ here. Shameful to alienate part of your customer base.

One of if not the best restaurants in Quartzsite, Arizona. The taste of the food is consistently the same, unlike the other restaurants in Quartzsite. The staff is also always pleasant and friendly, your food will get to you fast, probably the fastest service in town. Also, you won't have to worry about having an upset stomach after you eat. At least, I've never have I wish I could say that about the other restaurants in town. All in all, Mountain Quail Cafe is my favorite place to eat in Quartzsite. I hope you enjoy eating there also.

This is a really good local diner that has nothing to offer people with food allergies but maybe some cottage cheese. The portions are big, staff is friendly, and there are lots of parking spots. There is a bonus gift store there that features local artisans.
