We stop here for gas only. We've never been inside... the pump area is great! They have giant buckets filled with soapy water for your windows, I've never seen them empty. Driving along the 10, those buckets are the driving force of my five star review. Depending on the season, bugs on the windshield need more than what my wipers can handle. Clean soapy water at the pumps is very much appreciated. Thank you!The location couldn't be better with a McDonalds in the same parking lot. We're able to fill up and get food next door with ease. The price of gas is much nicer than what is in California. We stop here religiously to fill up on our road trips.

I have never seen a more f*cked up gas station than this one.Four of the eight gasoline pumps are tagged out of service, the fifth one won't accept cards at the pump and the screen freezes on number six and won't operate.Total soup sandwich. NEVER again.

My daughter traveled thru AZ in July 2023 and stopped at Pilot in Quartsize, AZ for gas before she left the parking lot she was already getting a fraud warning that her credit card was being charged $150.00... she only used the card for gas ... I traveled the first week in August 2023 and stopped at the Pilot in Quartsize, AZ for gas and tried to use my credit card... it keep me in a loop so I decided to use my card with a pin and it went thru. Before I left the parking lot I received a call from my bank if I had charged $115 gas on the first card I tried to use... I let them know it was fraud because I didn't use that card for any purchases at the Pilot. One month between visits and seems Pilot still has issues with card scanners at their pumps. BEWARE! I know I won't be stopping there anymore.

Just stopped here briefly to get gas and snacks on way back from Phoenix. I had a discount on my Pilot/Flying J app get 2 gas fill ups over 5 gallons get 2 snacks free! This was the 2nd of 2!!! I got a Giant Slim Jim as one of the snacks. I also have 10 cents discount for gas so I paid $3.81 instead of $3.91 in Arizona instead of ridiculous gas prices in California! I also go a cherry Pepsi to wash down my snacks. I love these stores as they always have lots of great items! I like to go to stations that are on the same side of the freeway I am traveling. So I always hit this one on the way back about 20 miles from Cali. See you again soon Pilot!

I found this gas station off the 10 freeway exit 17, on Main st this Pilot gas station is small, but it's currently under construction for the next 6-8 months they will not be closing for construction. They are taking out Dairy Queen & Subway and adding a Taco bell along with expanding the restrooms, updating trucker showers, & adding another cooler for alcohol, because at this point they don't sell beer or wine.Due to construction parking is very limited unless you park in the side or back if McDonald's which is adjacent to Pilot. The staff is very nice, and the store is usually clean, but with construction going on there is dust & noise. I must mention that the price of gas has been considerably consistent between $3.97-$4.09, compared to California & Phoenix prices these prices are not bad at all. I'm in Phoenix now & the price of gas is $4.99.So if you're driving through AZ or to CA, stop by exit 17 in Quartzite for reasonable prices on gas.

Made a pit stop to use the restroom and get some drinks and snacks en route back home. For the most part everything you could want and need. Cashier wasn't rude but could have been friendlier. Store was fairly clean and stocked well. Lots of traffic both vehicle and pedestrian wise.

This is a great place to stop except if you want Dairy Queen ice cream. Then I advise you not to stop because although the ice cream was great, the server was rude. I had exact change so I put it on the counter but she refused to pick it up. She wanted me to put it in her hand but finally she rolled eyes and picked it up. When she served the ice cream, she put it in the other counter, not the one where I ordered and was standing. Maybe DQ should hire adults. Very immature behavior by this clerk.

They scammed my credit card. Pump Screen asked for debit or credit, my pin i put it in then it asked for my zip code, not normal. So i cancelled the transaction and left without pumping gas. I got an email from my bank about a possible fraud the next days of $150 from pilot in quartzite. My bank cancelled the transaction and sending me a new card. What a hassle. Pilot check your employees. If it was an error of your system fix it. I have chase bank, they got my back.

I'm not sure if I'm more offended by Pilot or Quartzsite Police who seem very clueless to the problems in this and another large Travel Stop up the road. This gas station come 2 in the afternoon in a lawless gong show of self centered stupidity. The constant name calling, near fist fights, and baby boomer arrogance at the pumps is really out of control. You have people who have NO regard for a single file order system but are keeping America great somehiw in their self centered ways?.?.? Thenyou have baby boomers who barely can park their Cadillac yet DMV allows them to drive a class A motorhome that they seem to think they need to turn out to turn in or sit at the pump blocking 2-4 pumps and talk on the phone??? This along with the name calling constant bickering at each other by people at the pumps daily and yet Quartzsite Police are busy hassling an ugly homeless kid for loitering?? Come on seriously Quartzsite? Seriously Pilot? Pilot employees know exactly what goes on daily at this place snd it's NOT with the homeless kids. Please Pilot make Quartzsite Police do their job snd make this place safe for everyone snd start hassling and ticketing the people with cars not pre judging the homeless...
Yes it is another Pilot Center. Yes there are trucks Idleing all around. Yes there are LOT of people buying this and that. and This place has so many choices beyond gas. This definitely one of the stars of Quartsite, Quartsite can be a lot of fun or very desolate de[ending on your poit of view. Either way Pilot travel Center probably has what you needed to carry on. DO NOT USE SHOWERS HERE! water can cause 3rd degree burns. Water is boiling!! I was in the shower hoping the water would cool down but never did. I could hear the crack heads that clean the showers giggling and laughing outside the shower door as i scream in anger. Really messed up man worse experience ever!! Zero for this hole!

I wish I could give this pilot a million stars! I recently ran in to use the restroom and the general manager Kelly went out of her way to google my name and find my number just to let me know I left my wallet! She held it in the safe for me while I made the 1.5 hour trip back. I can't thank her and the kind woman who found my wallet enough! Everything was still in there. My faith in humanity was restored. Lol oh and their bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. That's also a good thing lol.

The 5 star is for the shop. On Saturday morning 1/16/2021, I stopped at another shop across the freeway n waited for their mechanic to get my truck tire replaced. It's been an hour, but there was no good news. So I called Pilot truck shop. Jeremy answered and he told me to come. He would do it as soon as I pulled my truck in. He's a good guy, and a great mechanic too. He worked so fast. Soon my truck was ready to go.

If you try and get your change from this gas station after you pumped gas dont try it, they will rob you and pretend like they are working on it, they pretended to look for it and then walked away, they stole my $$, crooks, robbed me of money
