This is a seasonal review. We spent almost three months in Quartzsite for the first time. We now are either Nomads or true RV'rs. Our first day in Qaurtzite and our last day was both celebrated at Silly Al's with a ton of nights and afternoons in between. We saw them when the crowd was non existent and we saw them when they were so crazy. The pizza have all been outstanding. The salads have been always fresh and tasty. The wings...oh the wings. The meat-free pizzas area all great! We tried them all during our stay in Q this season. The staff does their best to keep up during January/February when it gets really hectic, but outside those months it's great.We don't care for the volume of music in the restaurant, though, as we like to chat during dinner. Kudos to the wait staff at Silly Al's this evening... We were there during a medical emergency. The staff was prompt calling 911, providing cool towels for the patient, offering water bottles and asking if there was anything the family needed. It's like the staff had been trained for emergencies! Well done!!
