Cafe Rio has usually been a great place to eat. Lately, they haven't had all their items available to add to their new bowls. No corn, no fajita veggies, etc. 4 people in line and one guy making food while 8 other employees are not doing much. ? Soda fountain isn't put together from the cleaning it received the night before. Maybe those that come 1/2 hour after opening will have a better experience. The items that I was able to get on the bowl were delicious.

This location got slammed the Saturday before Easter, and they were short staffed. Considering all, the staff managed to keep it together and finish out the shift.
