“This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team!“
“Depends on the day, it seems. The manager works hard. Some of the servers work hard, and some just don't seem to care. They sneer at you when you ask for something. I wish they would stop asking people to sit out front to wait for their order. Never seems to fail the order gets screwed up, and you have to go inside. We placed an order, we were asked to wait out front, they forgot our sauces, and they never gave us our drinks.“
“So we had a really horrible experience at this Jack in the box. But the reason i'm giving it five stars is because of the district manager Yessica. The employee we dealt with originally was so rude. She would not fix the order that was wrong and told my bf she wasn't going to fix it and he should leave. We actually ended up going to a different Jack in the box and paying double for the same food.I placed a complaint on the main website and received a call back from Yessica and she not only apologized but also refunded the first order and gave us a few coupons. Thank you for making it right Yessica“
