Owner Matt does not know how to make pizzas with ingredients correctly. Shouldn’t be working there. His employees make a good pizza but he makes a horrible pizza wouldn’t go there again.

Stopped by Papa Murphy's after we waited almost 2 hours for Basha's to make some pizzas. What a refreshing experience. The young adults working were professional and very nice AND quick! Will be ordering our pizzas from here moving forward.

Stuffed crust pizza was extremely salty. Almost inedible- please reduce the salt. We had to throw the pizza away.

The baking trays are horrible. I went to grab my pizza and the tray collapsed and my pizza ended up on the floor face down. What a waste of money

today i tried out papa murphy's! i have to say, one of the BEST pizzas i've ever had. it was super fresh and all the employees are super kind and helpful! they were also very patient with me which was so great! i will definitely be back
This location is passing inflation onto it's product by severely reducing the ingredients per pizza. We've ordered family size pepperoni pizzas a couple times in the past few weeks and each time there are only a few slices. Very disappointing.

Sadly I can only give 1 star. It's been a long time since I have had a papa murphys pizza and i was so looking forward to the chicken garlic pizza.But it has no garlic taste. It barely had any sauce and the crust has changed and not for the better. I doubt I will be back.

I saw a Facebook ad for the stuffed pizza and had to try, I saw it was a 25 min drive and was like eh, I can just pop it in the oven if it's not warm enough. When we got there my 12 year old was like confused why it wasn't cooked, a sweet woman outside was like dear you need to bake it, just put your oven to 425 and it's fresh that way, which was much more convenient for us that way anyway because of the distance, we hadn't realized, or read the take and bake part ? we don't do fast food, maybe every few months. The pizza was hands down the best we have ever had, the price was better than any other pizza companies we've had, and the quality of the ingredients was perfection. It wasn't overly greasy, it wasn't sloppy, it was perfect! Our drive was worth it, our whole family enjoyed it, and I definitely recommend it!

Total incompetence of staff. Ordered through their website 4 hours and 45 minutes ahead of time for a timed pickup, paid and had email confirmation. Showed up to pick up pizza and they did not have it ready and said it would be 45 minutes for our food which was timmed for pickup for a reason. Now they are saying it will be 2 days for a refund. They don't understand their own ordering system and have no organization. Will never use them again.

So many things to love about this place. First, the pizza is so fresh and tasty, they make it just how I want it and have never made me feel like a pain when I ask to customize something. The customer service and staff at this location are top notch. You can totally tell that the staff genuinely enjoy working together and I'm sure that is a driven by great leadership. It's refreshing to see employees enjoying work. I'm totally willing to cook it myself and heat up my house just because it is so delicious and I can support a local business. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out, and you need to go today!
