I'm not sure what I was expecting. After all, it's a hotdog place. The hotdog didn't taste like any hotdog that I'd had. I didn't care for the hotdog. I got chili on my hotdog that didn't really have any taste. The fries were cold. I had the cake,I think it was called a strawberry shortcake cake, or something like that. The cake was good, but they were not generous with the filling. This made it dry. Be a bit more generous with the filling would make it better.

We had some issues with the drive through order, but once they found out Portillos was very accommodating. The food was good as well. The cheese sauce with the fries is really good.
