Service was very good. We've been dining here for 7 years and the food has really gone down hill. The menu keeps changing and I don't understand why some of the favorites have been removed from the menu. My husbands French dip sandwich was dry and my power bowl added with chicken was dry and no flavor. Over all, the food was terrible!
We had reservations for 7:15 and were seated promptly. They must have been short of staff because after sitting for half and hour I flagged down someone to take our drink order. From that point we were very well taken care of and our waiter gave us a desert on the house for the delay we experienced. We've always had good service and great food at Needle Rock.
