The team always seems to appear as if they don't care. 2 visits and twice they had no steak and not once was asked if I would wait for it to cook. Both times were during afternoon hours. Team member looked shocked that I choose to leave without a purchase.
Update: Not only are the prices sky high, but they will lie to your face about not having certain items. Went to this location and was told they were out of lettuce on a Friday night, and they proceeded to give me the lettuce for the salad which was fine, whatever, a few pieces of spinach for my tacos, that's okay, it's Friday. We go here all the time and never had an issues until last night. We placed an order for delivery and we always get my youngest who has autism a veggie bowl because she struggles with chewing the meat. We found it to be one of the things she can eat with no issues. Last night she was eating and started to gag and choke a little and when we got the food out of her mouth we found a big sticker from the avocados in her food.
