I’ve had a few jersey Mike’s haven’t really been a fan, but this location specifically was pretty good. I liked it. The sandwich was good. It didn’t seem like it was compacted in a trash compactor.

When I went in you could already feel the tension in the air. The service wasn’t good at all very rude employees that didn’t care about being there and got the order wrong twice and basically I was eating a bread sandwich cause I didnt have much meat on both subs. I couldn’t hear her talking cause the music and that’s probably why my order was messed up twice.

I've been in Arizona for the past 4yrs. And today was the 2nd time I've been to Jersey Mikes. They have great hoagies and wonderful service, I've been going to Jimmy John's who seldom got my order right. Jersey Mikes is a sub above! Thanks

DO NOT ORDER from Jersey Mike's app for delivery! I ordered last week because my car was in the shop and they have free delivery Monday. Hour after I ordered and my food was was supposed to be delivered, I get a text saying my order was cancelled, and to contact the store:, so I call, and was told some lady picked it up, so when DoorDash driver came he cancelled my order. Well obviously I'm still waiting to eat right?! So now it's my problem to deal with DoorDash ... deal is, I didn't order Doordash, and I don't have a number or a contact for because I ordered from the Jersey Mike's app. They told me I couldn't get a remake and that I had to reorder, two hours later I did, stupid me, and had my husband pick it up thinking eventually they would figure out how to refund me somehow. Tried to get a refund for a week and still nothing. I'll call my credit card to dispute but it sure has been a lot of dicking around. The Philly steak sandwich is delicious though, only get it if you can order it in person, or someone might steal it and you might not get your money back! Simple solution to Jersey Mike's, keep your pick up orders out of reach of people who will steal it and honor your customers.

Definitely my favorite sub place. The number 7 turkey mike's way can't be beat. I like how they cut the meat and add toppings in front of you. The staff at this location is always friendly. There have been a few time where we have gone at night and they were out of bread and told us unfortunately they couldn't serve us. The store is a little small inside but we always take our subs to go.

Writing this review as I wait. Placed an order online and said order would be ready at a certain time, had to wait 20 minutes past the time in the store for the food. They tend to help people who come into the store after my order was placed and serve them first.Did not get an apology or a reason why it was taking so long., Just it would be done soon. People were coming into the store ordering and leaving before i got my items. 3 other people came in after me, who also placed orders online and had to wait as well.
