Placed an order for bday cupcakes. All were not the same size. The chocolate flavor were ok but the funfetti were horrible. Dry and tasted like a box mix with water. Would have been better off ordering from a Frys bakery. Very disappointed!!!!

The new owner of Lilibet's English Tea Room (formerly 21 Cakes) made an amazing tea party for my daughters 16 birthday. Fine vintage China and Teapots! It's not easy blowing away 10 teenagers and their adults, but Bev did it. The strawberry Buttercream cake was gorgeous and delicious. Teas and coffee were excellent too

This is the hidden gem of south Scottsdale. First of all, the cupcakes are to die for, no question. I have had them cater dessert for me and it was a hit to say the least. But...the true, not to be missed feature is the Afternoon Tea. It is the most delightful experience and Bev is wonderful. 12 of us went for Galentines and had THE BEST TIME. The decor is outstanding and the teas and scones perfect. We can't wait to go back. 10/10 and I am very picky.

I just stopped by this bakery right before it closed because I was craving a bit of cake. I got the Red Velvet cupcake and I'm telling you - I am a huge cake lover and a pretty fair baker myself and that red velvet was the best shop/bakery cupcake I've ever had! The cream cheese icing was just as it should be, not too sweet and a bit tangy. Perfect! I cannot wait to go back and try the other flavors. I live in Tucson and this cupcake is worth the drive! Not kidding. You must try them!

Just bought some and they are as amazing as they have always been!No gimmicks here -- just a perfect blend of soft and flavorful cake topped by just the right amount of the most delicious frosting you'll ever find. A pure treat that always makes your day a better one.
The cupcakes were very rich and flavorful. The service was amazing she was very friendly and spoke of her love of the english china that decorated the walls. They do tea parties by reservation. I will be returning with my wife and daughter for sure to have a tea party!

My family and I have ordered from here for years, and usually everything goes smoothly. This time not so much. As the reference photo is a darker color frosting with chocolates (more manly). The cake turned out to be white, sparkly accents. I never make complaints, but i’m very disappointed as it wasn’t what I ordered. Obviously not the end of the world, just upsetting for a big birthday
