Waited over forty min for a breakfast sandwich and the coffee machine was broken. As nice as the staff was it wasn't worth the visit.

The Marketplace at Arcadia Farms Cafe is located in Old Town Scottsdale on 1st ave and Goldwater. Walk up to order pastries, coffee, and sandwiches and then pick a table inside the market or outside under Parisian inspired umbrellas. It's a cozy shop with tons of cute home decor, soaps, and kitchen accessories. Currently, they've gone all out for Easter and have cute items to accentuate your table or to fill your baskets.I enjoyed my savory Croque Monsieur open face sandwich with a refreshing elderflower Arnold Palmer. Under the black and white striped umbrellas, I read in peace and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather. They also offer family dinner to be ordered ahead and picked up. Next up, I need to go across the street for lunch or dinner at their sit-down Arcadia Farms Cafe restaurant.

I’m so disappointed in the service! I manage a shop down the street and I frequent this place. I send my guests there. I rave about this place often. I even came back time annd time again after almost swallowing A HUGE METAL WIRE that was in my potato salad. But today just absolutely rubbed me the wrong way. My aunt and I came in for early lunch. Spent an ungodly amount on 4 sandwiches and some drinks to go. Multiple people placed orders after us. 25 minutes go by and we see that everyone behind us has their food. We asked how long it would be until our sandwiches would be ready? The waitress seemed annoyed we asked, checked, saw the kitchen hadn’t started our order. She didn’t apologize to us, didn’t offer an explanation, was cold and rude. No one acknowledged that our order had been forgotten. No one said sorry. And in fact every person in there was aloof and seemed like they could care less. All that for it to take another 10 minutes before we got our sandwiches. My Turkey and Brie was soggy (it is normally my favorite). All around a bad experience and I will absolutely think twice about coming back or recommending anyone to come here.

I give it two stars because the pasties were good. However, my cappuccino came out so ridiculously hot. After sitting outside yesterday for five minutes I took a small sip and it felt like a flaming hot tool was placed on my tongue. Needless, to say I have a very burnt tongue now. I get cappuccinos all the time and have NEVER had one this boiling hot! My family and I will never go back.

I've had the Turkey Cobb salad once and the correct thick blue cheese dressing came with it and the last two times this thin oil dressing came with it. A Cobb salad should have thick blue cheese dressing, not runny olive oil dressing. I won't be ordering this salad again.

Adorable little cafe. Grabbed a quick sandwich and a muffin after flying in. The salmon club was very good and so was the coconut pecan muffin. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I used to love this place, even choosing to stay close by each time I was in town. The last two visits (end of September and mid October) have been very disappointing. I nicely mentioned to the lady in charge that I ordered a large container of chicken salad (which is quite costly). When I opened it to serve dinner it was without their usual tarragon and grapes. I mentioned it to the woman in charge who only tersely said “I’ll mention it to the chef” not a hint of concern or apology. The breakfast strada was liquid and mush, and when I mentioned that she only asked if I had cooked it properly. It comes precooked and ready to heat and eat. I didn’t dare mention that the side of fruit was hard and tasteless. The grand finale was yesterday: a chicken pot pie that was so awful no one took more than one bite and spent time discussing “How could it taste like that?” I can’t give another dime to a place where the management is so unconcerned and gives such a mean perturbed look when presented with problems with their food. It’s too bad because the ladies behind the counter are delightful, try very hard and are helpful.

My husband and I are local natives, and Arcadia Farms has been a staple for us for many years. They recently renovated and relocated across the street from where they once were. Our food today was good but our service was absolutely terrible. There have been a couple of times in the past that I have tried to stop in, only to be greeted by snobby hostesses. They are more interested in sticking you outside in 100 degrees, rather than looking for something inside. I miss terribly the kindness that south Scottsdale once was. We miss the old Arcadia Farms and the wonderful service that they used to embody.
