We went for a wine dinner with two other family members. Really enjoyed the evening was actually better than we expected. Not sure we would return just because of the physical location and the amount of travel time it requires to get there from where we live. sorry I don’t have any pictures to add.

This bistro place labels itself "fine dining" but dropped the ball on all courses but 2 (of 6). Oysters and Octopus! I swapped out my octopus for vegetarian as Octopi are too smart to eat and neat looking. But was looking forward to the Foise Gras duck mousse which I normally LOVE but this Foise Gras was soooo greasy and oily I couldn't choke it down! Oil squirted out the sides of what would normally be a delicacy! How crude! Making everything too rich and greasy. $500 for a 3 hour meal only works when the food is fresh and good. This chef made things so oily, greasy and rich the next day my belly hurt. To be fair though, I did enjoy the noodle dish and the dessert and one of the sauces. Hey maybe the normal chef was away or something who knows but we did not have a good experience here. Grease belly ache and lots of hub Bub about nothin.

The wine corkage price was reasonable. The food felt a little salty overall, but I enjoyed it. The filet mignon was cooked correctly. I was confused because the server kept leaving the cutlery in the wrong place while serving. It was nice that they changed the cutlery for each meal.Kid-friendliness: Not an environment for children

We decided to splurge for our 20th wedding anniversary and have dinner at a high end restaurant. We could not have made a better choice. From the service to wine to food, everything was first rate . I loved that they took the time to not only describe the food, but give you tips on how best to enjoy. If we lived closed, we would be back!

While the meat-eaters seemed to enjoy their food, I was very disappointed with the vegetarian option. It was certainly not comparable to their main menu. I was given no vegetarian menu and was not asked if there were any vegetables which I didn't like. I didn't know what I was getting until it was placed in front of me and literally pushed aside $50 worth of mushrooms, asparagus and radish which I didn't want to eat. I enjoyed the one piece (yes, one piece) of broccoli on a spoon at the beginning and also the dessert. Everything served in between was a disappointment. My main dish was an overly browned croquet. The taste was off-putting because the coating was browned to the point of almost tasting burnt. I left the majority of it on my plate. I would not recommend this $110 vegetarian meal, it's definitely not worth the price charged. Spend your money on literally anything else.

Don't let the strip mall fool you, this is one of the best meals in Phoenix. We went before under a different chef and it was alright, but have gone twice in the last year with Chef Jabari and each dish was incredible. Great service, nice wine selection next door. Will be back soon!

Great hidden gem! Came for a glass of wine, stayed for the evening! Incredible wine shop connected to one of the best value tasting menus I've ever seen!

Absolutely decadent.Imagine going to a private art room after choosing a gorgeous bottle of wine from an intimate wine cellar, and then getting to sit down to a beautiful luxurious dinner prepared by your own personal chef in that at room. That's Atlas Bistro. Intimate, luxurious, decadent. It's location threw us off at first, but as any good mom ever said, never judge a book by its cover. For the expertly prepared dishes we experienced, each more divine than the next, you would easily pay 3x's as much.Vegetarian options: YesKid-friendliness: Leave them home for date night!Parking: Huge lotWheelchair accessibility: 1st floor, easy access

Phenomenal dining experience. The price is high but it is honestly worth it. We don’t really dine high end so this was really a fun treat. It’s truly a unique experience and the food was so fun to eat.

Surprising little jewel in the heart of a strip mall! Literally from the outside Atlas Bistro is an inconspicuous and almost hard to find place, which really piques your interest. The food and the presentation are beautiful and the portions are on the smaller side. Typically what you'd find in a higher gastronomic dining experience. However if you require larger food portions then this may not your place. Some other things to consider; You have the option to bring your own booze. However they have excellent wine and champagne on offer. If you prefer a cocktail, simply consider bringing something along or going somewhere else for a drink beforehand.Despite the size of the restaurant , they definitely have the capability of serving larger crowds, as we were part of a larger crowd when we dined there. They did a nice job and were very attentive during an additional champagne and hors d'oeuvres hour beforehand which was a elegant touch. The dinner itself took three hours, which is nice for those of us who are looking for somewhere to linger with friends and drink wine Service was good but spotty as some of the fellow guests thought the service was 'transactional' and not warm. Overall I found this to be a surprisingly pleasant experience you would find in a big city restaurant like LA or New York.
