Clean restaurant, quiet, polite staff. The food and service was outstanding. I will definitely return sooner than I planned.Parking: There is parking, it is free. We noticed it can be tight depending on the hour

Delicious food and the biggest vegetarian section I've ever seen at a sushi restaurant. Fast and kind service, big tables that make it easy to go with a large group. This is the main sushi spot I go to in Phoenix - better than all the rest!

Kid-friendliness: We introduced our three kids to sushi at this restaurant and they love going here! The staff is very sweet and accommodating to our kids as well.

Awful experience. Took my daughter for happy hour expecting a bonding time. Instead we waited 40 minutes with no water and no waitress. Finally someone else brought us water and the waitress came over. Waited another 30 minutes for our food. No soy sauce, no ginger, no waitress, no refills. Had to ask the guy behind me clearing a table for the soy sauce. On top of it all, I had made the mistake of asking for a sushi to go while we were there during happy hour. I was not advised or told that the price to go during happy hour would be voided until the check came. My mistake yes but the waitress could have advised me regarding it. Overall not a good experience.

For the price, this place is the best around. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have a robot server too! The location is not super high end but the restaurant is obviously clean. Their spicy edamame was great and I've had tons of their rolls and all were fresh and well made. Most have the crab mix which is pretty common at most sushi places now (which I don't love), but you're unlikely to find a better deal around here.

When the only bright spot of our dinner was the chili garlic edemame and our server, you are almost left with no choice but to share the experience in hopes that others see this, and that the restaurant gets it together. My party of 2 walked in and waited in-front of the "Please wait to be seated sign". I had never felt as invisible as I did tonight. We stood there for 5 minutes without having even been acknowledged. A second party of 2 walks in behind us, and then another, and then another. All 8 of us were standing at the entrance wondering if we were even going to be acknowledged.Staff finally looks at us and sits us down. We then had one of the only highlights of our night, the server. They did a great job taking orders and consistently checking on us.We ordered garlic Chilli edemame, stuffed jalapeños, a volcano roll, a golden California roll, an asparagus roll, and another specialty roll that I can't remember the name of.Of all of those things, the only good food was the edemame. Everything else was either lacking flavor, tasted old, lacked sauce, lacked cream cheese (in the rolls that were supposed to have it). Just an overall sad, forgettable meal.We wanted to like this one, but there's no reason to settle when there are so many other decent sushi restaurants around.Parking: Parking is tight, the layout of the parking lot is not good.

Bad unprofessional manager with no common sense. Bei will continue losing business if they keep him around.

Management has changed, and the staff seems unenthusiastic about it. Our server told us, "he hated the stupid new boss... so I left. I'm not going to eat at a place with unhappy workers.

They had really great sushi and an awesome selection of wine so I will highly recommend to anyone that's wanting to find a great sushi bar.

Great food. Okay atmosphere. Underrated. It's actually great food. The Chirashi bowl is amazing.

Hidden gem in a scary-looking, dilapidated strip mall. The lunch bentos, noodles, and sushi are all tasty and reasonable priced. Friendly staff. Interior is very old and sad.

It took 45 mins of me waiting at restaurant and still no food. Upon inquiring we were told they were busy and prioritising the take away orders. It wasn’t my mistake that I arrived for dine in. If they cannot handle being busy then they should let people know.

We were looking for sushi in Scottsdale after a long day and found Bei on Yelp. The rating for the gem is spot on! The restaurant location was cute and welcoming. We were seated at the sushi bar quickly, and they told me when I'd called prior that would likely be the case since happy hour ended at 6 and they didn't take reservation for parties smaller than 6. Our server was friendly, attentive and funny. We ordered 2 appetizers, 8 different rolls, some sashimi, nigiri, and mochi. Sushi was fresh and delicious. The only one we didn't really care for was the crunch spicy tuna. Bei was one of the best meals we had in Scottsdale over the weekend.

I’ve been here multiple times but I order from them 3 times a week. It’s always perfect every time. Their prices are great and it’s consistently good.Dietary restrictions: If you’re on a diet or want something healthy in a hurry it’s the best option.
