Ordered one pizza online at 7:45 for pick up at 8:15. Arrived at 8:17 and was informed my pizza isn’t ready and won’t be ready until he works his way through the line. It’ll be another 30 minutes. So I wait and return at 8:45. My pizza still wasn’t ready. At 9:07, he had served everyone else, yet my pizza still hadn’t even been started. I left at 9:15 without a pizza. When I asked “can I at least get a refund?” I was told that I need to fill out a survey and talk with a manager. Absolutely will never go back.

Love the blaze chain but this location is awful. Online order was not received from the restaurant for pick up so I had to wait in a super long line for nothing. This location never has enough people working. Blaze needs to pull the brand from this one.

The last three times we ordered here part of our pizza was burnt. The previous times it was excellent. You can try and call but it goes to a call center which is frustrating. Will not order from here again. It's a shame because my family really loved it at first. Maybe they got a new oven? Who knows?

Placed an order through their app. Was supposed to be delivered at 6:45. At 6:55 I received an email that they cancelled my order and are now closed. Terrible way to run a business.

They have great pizzas and made fresh in front of ya. Even Cauliflower crust. Great ? place.

Place has really gone downhill. The pizza was too salty and spicy and pricing of course has gone up. They didnt give me a receipt. Just no.

We like going to Blaze Pizza and the staff there is great, that said the last couple of visits have been a little bit frustrating. We give them our name and start our order. One of the staff then walks up with long string of online order tickets that was almost as long as a CVS receipt :) My family and I then stand their and wait for them to make 6-8 pizzas before they start making ours. This didn't happen just once, but the last two times we visited. Come on, take care of the customers that are standing there staring at you!

The workers closed before their closing time at 9pm. Stating they only have online orders. All of the employees went to the back of the kitchen to avoid assisting us. This incident occurred today 3/25/2022 at 8:43pm. The associate went to the back had us waiting and continued to not serve us. All associates who closed on this day should be terminated. Zero customer service was provided.

Well, I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered online. They called to tell me they were out of a type of crust I can eat, then sat silent on the phone while I tried to talk through what options there were. I had to cancel one of two pizzas and they didn't confirm the new total nor send a receipt. The delivery driver asked for an update as they were late making the food, even though the store was empty. He said they were rude and dismissive. I called back to see if they had made the food--time to cancel at this point. The person answering the food was rude again, didn't explain much and when he told me the food was getting picked up, he hung up. Our food was average and not worth the hassle. Will not be ordering from here or eating here again.

Trey was friendly and got the food made quickly! He put a smile on my face at the end of a long day. :) The pizza was very good and I will definitely be coming back. Love that they have both gluten free and cauliflower options!

Last year I saw a clip on YouTube of part owner / investor Lebron James serving Blaze Pizza customers. I wasn't expecting Lebron to serve me when I came to Blaze, but I was expecting to be served with dignity and respect. I was rushed down the line , and my questions weren't completely answered , and as a result, didn't order the way I wanted to. I wasn't expecting 5 star pizza like Pizzeria Bianco but I was expecting a higher quality pizza.

Me and my two coworkers went there during our lunch hour hoping to be in and out in time but both staff members there were extremely disorganized and unfriendly. There was huge line waiting for their turns to place orders or on their food but younger guy was half at sleep and older gentleman was frustrated and abrupt at the customers. My pizza came out in 10 minutes and my coworkers had to wait extra 30 minutes and even though we were all in one party we couldn't eat the same time. Bathrooms were not cleaned or stocked either. Won't be going back!

Gr Grateful for a place like place like this. You can get the pizza off your dreams for one price. That's pure in the pizza world today. The Blazers got their job cut out for themselves but they work fast, and with a smile every time. I got lives for this place. Good pizza, good ambience. Not much left to ask.

Showed up here on 2/24/22 at 7:45, we had a family of 12 all ordering their own pizzas. This location doesn't close until 9pm however they already had majority of the table chairs flipped up and one staff said he was in the process of closing. Lots of scoffing and head shaking from the staff after we finished ordering and sat down. Another 2 customers came in after us around 8:15pm and the staff refused them cheese as they had already put it away for the night which caused some understandable conflict between the customer and the staff. One of the staff working the till and fire grill was on their cell phone the entire time we were in the establishment and causing the arguments and head shaking the most. Young guy in the bucket hat was very accommodating and reassured us they were still open and welcomed us to sit down. Great food - horrible service.

Stopped at Blaze (WOW - is the app/on-line order process really easy to use!) for the second time. (My first visit was in November, when a friend was in town and recommended.) This visit was super - thank you. My husband had just had surgery (knee), and we were on the way home during the evening "go home" traffic from the Phoenix/Waste Management Open. Stopped in, as he really wanted something to eat quickly, and knew we would be in traffic for sometime to get to North/North Scottsdale. I went in, got my perfectly prepared Cauliflower crust pizza, and told the staff my husband was hungry - just had surgery - and could I get red pepper flakes? They handed them to me and a tall man asked if my husband liked sweets. I said yes - and right now he was just hunger. The man gave me a free brownie. Call out for great service and making customers happy!!!
