Milan and his co-workers were incredible!! We've had Milan a few times now at Bourbon and he is hands down the best server we've ever had, anywhere! He's helped us celebrate a couple big occasions and has exceeded expectations every time. Personable, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, attentive and very gracious. If you get a chance to have him as your server, do it!

We ordered a steak medium rare it was dried out totally. I ordered the expensive Maine lobster pot pie. Only ate 2 pieces of the lobster asked for a doggy bag. They sent 2 shells and the crust! Management essentially said I was lying. Will never go back!!

Caviar donuts were light and delicious, definitely a great starter to your experience, and highly recommended.Truffle caesar was also great, maybe a little heavy on the dressing, but we enjoyed this.Steak was fantastic, prepared just as desired. Amazingly tender.Dessert on point. Wife had brulee cheesecake and I had key lime pie made with ice cream, macadamia nuts, and meringue they torched tableside.Overall, we enjoyed the food.Main server wasn't necessarily stellar, reaching for the entree order much too early, entree served before the wine, taking our check within minutes while still sitting at the table finishing our drinks. Server had good food recommendations but just not great flow and seemed to be more focused on next step rather than the present experience.Overall, we enjoyed our time, not necessarily hating, but when thinking about other experiences, just didn't seem to quite match what we expected, especially while staying at the princess.

My biggest issue with the restaurant is the atmosphere... the music was too loud. If you want to go to dinner and have good conversation, it is near impossible. The service was good, but it would have been better if we could actually hear what they were telling us about the food... which is the reason we went to a steakhouse in the first place. We did enjoy the oysters - though which version we got is hard to say (could not hear waiter), Jidori chicken was phenomenal, and the beignets were a homerun. The tomahawk steak was good, not great.
Our waiter was terrific. Love how the wait staff work as a team. Food delicious. A bit pricey overall.

This is a wonderful “fancy” dinner experience, although there were a few very well behaved children in the room. We liked it so much we went back a second night during our stay! We had filets on one night and Chilean sea bass the second night. The Tina tartare was excellent and was a little non-typical, in a good way. We also shared the caviar doughnuts. Again, an experience you cannot have elsewhere! The wine selection was also awesome. We love a Cabernet and there were some great bottles to choose from. Will definitely return!
