This was by far one of my best dine in Breakfast Experiences. We were greeted with smiles and did not wait long for a table. Our Server Sarah was AMAZING. She was personable and attentive. Greeted with smiles once again. We had the opportunity to meet the Manager. He is just as personable and attentive as everyone who works there. He had high regards and accolades for his staff. He said they work as a team and it was very evident. I look forward to enjoying a meal there again. Btw...the Pancakes are something to remember. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Was in Scottsdale visiting and noticed this highly reviewed breakfast/brunch/lunch joint. I was frequenting a coffee shop near by during my stay and even on the weekdays notified constant traffic near this restaurant. When we decided to go on a Sunday morning at around 10 am, I knew we would be waiting a while. My boyfriend and I are huge foodies so I knew we needed to check this place out based on photos and reviews. The check in on yelp is was great and I love that it gives you live updates of your place in line so you know when to head back. We were in the waitlist at 10:15 am and were seated at around 11:15 am. They were EXTREMELY busy, but it was SO worth the wait. The atmosphere is perfect and very “Instagramable.” The service was amazing! The orange juice was the best we’ve ever tasted. We put in our order and within 15 minutes it was being served to us. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely bring your appetite here! Coffee was wonderful. Both my boyfriend and I got the Denver omelette with our preference of cheese and pancakes. I opted for traditional pancakes, he got the apple pecan pancakes. The menu is LOADED with options. Truly something for EVERYONE! The eggs in the omelette were amazing fluffy, then pancakes were UNREAL! We were in and out before noon. We were also impressed with the price for the amount of food we got! If you have the opportunity to visit this place, do it! It is SO worth the wait, I promise you will not be disappointed! I don’t normally leave reviews but both me and my boyfriend raved about this place as being one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had so I knew it deserved a review.

What an awesome spot! The food is fantastic and I feel like for as busy as it was we still got in and out in a decent time. The biscuits and gravy are ? as well as the pork skillet. Pancakes are good. Orange juice is amazing! Not only is it fresh, but it's cold! Highly recommend!

This is on our must visit list every time we visit Scottsdale. Food is always great, quick and friendly service. Outdoor seating is a nice option and has heaters to make it more comfortable.
We patiently waited for an hour to be seated. Once we got seated the service was lightning fast, which was surprising. Food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The only complaint I have was that we were rushed to pay the check. I was outside longer than I was inside.

Well, since we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday, I had high expectations for a casual breakfast/lunch experience at Butters Pancakes & Café. Surprisingly, for a Monday, they were quite busy. We had an approximate 20-minute wait, so we strolled the area while waiting for our text notification. We were seated on the patio, as per our request. Though small and no-frills, it served its purpose.We found the service to be excellent and attentive. My wife opted for the avocado toast with poached eggs and mixed berries. She loved it; it was exactly what she was looking for. I appreciate when a menu offers breakfast and lunch options, and that was the case that day. I chose a hamburger with french fries. The burger was exceptional; they focused on core ingredients while elevating each aspect of this traditional meal. It didn't require sauces or blue cheese, which I enjoy occasionally. To have a premium burger executed so well had me thinking it might be one of the best I've had in a long time, if not ever.All in all, I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the area where it's situated. It was a fantastic experience, and I know we'll definitely be returning.Cheers.

I ordered pick up food at 2:10 for lunch, when I got back to work I opened the food and it was cold. I called back to let them know food was cold. They mentioned they close at 2:30 and if I can go back. I could not make it back today and they said they would not give me credit or refund I just spend 20.00 on cold food.
