I love Cafe Rio, this specific restaurant was not the friendliest. They acted like you were in the way of them don't other things. But the food was delicious.

THE EMPLOYEES ADD TIPS TO DRIVE THRU ORDERS and hope you won’t notice!! I read the reviews and should have know better however I thought I would give you guys a try. After being tossed around to different employees speaking on the drive thru speaker i finally got my order ordered. I get to the window and the woman doesn’t even say hello she just reaches out for my card. I asked what the total was she said $17.16 she takes my card then I get a pop up on my phone from my bank and it says $18.75 was just charged to my card. I asked her why I was charged more and she looked like she had been caught. She then calls out for another team member to come over and it took them and 5 minutes to refund the added tip that your employee added to my order. This is NOT okay. This is stealing. I asked her why she added a tip and she just ignored me. She threw the tip amount in cash back in my hand didn’t say a word and shut the window. The food was cold it was watery and tasted like sweet baby food mush. The sprite was flat and also tasted terrible.

They even offer a loyalty program through their app! Need it fast? Grab it to-go through DoorDash or zip through their convenient drive-thru. Don't bother with this place, spend a lot t of money for take out, only to get home and have three main ingredients missing out of the dish.. very disappointing.
First time here and it is SO GOOD. Way better than Chipotle in my opinion and I got a massive burrito that was delicious. The elote and sauces are also really good

I was surprised at how unwilling the employee was to give a full portion. I asked for fajita veggies and got only about 5 thin slices. I asked for cheese, and she gave a three lingered pinch. I asked for extra cheese (which I had to pay for) and got another 2 finger pinch. When I let her know I thought it wasn't enough, she just shrugged. I won't be back to this location. It's a shame because this is the closest Cafe Rio to my home. Next time I will drive 10 miles to a unit that gives full portions. Very disappointed!

We are from Washington State and have eaten at Cafe Rio's many times but this was a very bad experience. The restaurant was dirty, chips were stale, and food was cold. When we went back to get a refund, the cashier was extremely grumpy with us and said the food was fine.

The food quality was good, but the service was not. I previously lived in Utah and at that location you picked up the food at the counter. My order confirmation also stated to pick up at counter. The restaurant was not busy at all, but all the workers completely ignored me as I waited at the counter. After several minutes of this I finally noticed the pickup cubbies around the corner. I then had to return to the counter for my missing drink and they handed me a cup. The horchata I ordered was completely empty so I asked if they could refill it and she just shrugged. There was never a smile or thanks for my order. I felt more of a nuisance than a customer.
