This place had a very cool vibe to it so me and my boyfriend stopped and decided to eat here, the host was very nice and sat us right away.we waited about 5 mins to get greeted by a server, when he finally came up it was a super awkward greet , didn’t mention his name; didn’t ask how we were doing , didn’t recommend anything just “ so any drinks to get started “ we were ready for everything by then so we made it pretty easy.We probably waited 10 minutes to finally get some water, he told us 3 separate times he would bring us some , my boyfriend eventually just went up to the host to ask for some.We got our starter app that is complimentary but no one even said what is was so we had no idea what we were eating, for being as expensive as they are I feel like better service should be provided , than we got our guac we ordered and the person just goes “ guacamole” with no smile nothing and leaves it at the end of our table, it just seemed as though nobody was happy to be there, we felt like a inconvenience which is how no guest should feel. The guac was flavorless as for taste, server than dropped off our drinks than we didn’t really see much of him at all , another person dropped our food and we had to ask for a cocktail order from them, he wasnt rude by any means but just wasn’t present much at all, never checked in how the food tasted , nor the drinks , nothing. For how expensive this place is the service is mediocre and the food is pretty flavorless, doesn’t taste authentic by any means.I will say the only positive thing about this place was the cocktails , super yummy, other than that would not recommend, staff needs to be retrained on how to give better customer service, had that been present , the experience would have been a bit better.

One of the best Mexican foods I’ve ever had. The presentation and the taste of every dish was amazing!! The chicken tacos were really good, and the salmon tostada was super delicious.Their chips and salsa was also great. The drinks were great too! Everything was tasty and pretty! They also have a dj that plays upbeat music to set the tone.

Me and my girlfriend dined here tonight for the first time and the experience was amazing! Luis Carlos was a great server and very friendly. The food was so good and everything was well thought out, fresh, and flavorful. Would recommend coming here and would definitely come back.

This place was very very good. I was really surprised about just how good this Mexico style restaurant was. Both food and drinks were exceptional. And the service was superb thanks to Melissa and Emilio (who is definitely ready to move from assistant server to lead server!). And special call out to the flan - wow.

Highly overpriced and overrated. Our experience was less than stellar. The host was the exception. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. Food was awful, tasteless, and portions do not match the price. I think I’ve had better Nachos at Taco Bell. Carne Asada Nachos are a bowl of chips with a tasteless creamy substance they call queso poured over, very little of anything else, especially the Carne, which was cold and mostly gristle. Had to keep spitting it out. Service was ok. But not what I’d expect for the high dollar they charge. They also nickel and dime you. Check your bill, they charge for every little thing you ask for without telling you and the portions are tiny. They also add automatic tips to the bill. Overall this was our first and last visit. There’s plenty of good restaurants all around them. Not Recommended.Parking: Depends on the time you go.. garages can be full and there’s limited street parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely NOT a place for kids!

So my experience at this restaurant was barely bearable. We went on a Friday night, and we walked in it took a few minutes for them to notice that we were there, but the gentleman was very nice and sat us down. Now here's where our experience kind of goes south. Our waitress seems like she was fed up with her job. Felt like I was forcing her to come to our table to take our orders and remind her twice about our drinks. So as for the food itself, the watermelon drink we had to send back it was not good, but maybe we weren't in the mood for it. But the agua Chile oh my goodness that was not edible at all as you see in the picture it looks like a Big Blob it tastes like that also.We decided to sit outside and I think that might have been the problem why they forget about you because they only have a few tables outside and unless you make eye contact with your waiter inside you get overlooked not to mention music they have outside I think it's different than what they have insideOverall, the food was not what I expected. Street corn was the best thing we did ate that night at that restaurant.Maybe this place might be good only to go and get drinks and just have a few appetizers before you go out, but I would not recommend for a dinner you will pay for it later

Had a great time – staff was friendly, and food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp ceviche – aguachile - simply delicious. Fun, relaxing environment. Definitely will return.

The food was great but the cocktails not so good. Our first cocktail which was margaritas the glass was stuffed with ice and there's maybe an ounce of cocktail in it. The second drink we ordered, which was a different cocktail tasted burnt.

We had the Guacamole + Ribeye Chicharron and Street Elotes for our appetizers, they were fresh. My meal was Loco Tuna Tostitos, which has raw tuna, shrimp, avocado, cucumber, pico de gallo, and salsa verde tostitos. It was flavorful and the tuna and shrimp were delicious and fresh. Everything was clearly made to order. There were a couple of options for non-alcoholic options, they have Heineken 0.0, but there's also the option of turning any menu drink from into a mocktail.

I can not say enough good things about my experience here. Great music, amazing service and delicious food.My favorite dish was the El Jefe Burro (not pictured). It was the best ribeye wrap I have ever had. I will be having dreams about it for months.A lot of my friends ordered the Quesabirria (pictured) and raved about it as well.If you’re looking for a nice restaurant where you can dress up, listen to fun music and drink with friends this is definitely the place.

We had a group of 16 and the staff at Call Her Martina accommodated us with no problem. Our waitress Melo was amazing - very sweet, funny, and patient with us. The drinks and food were delicious and the atmosphere was classy and nice but also very fun. They even made the bride in our group feel extra special with a free shot that had a sparkler on it. Overall would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to Scottsdale.
