Disappointed with meal. We have eaten there several times but the quality of the food/preparation has declined since our last visit. The pasta was overcooked and the pizza was soggy. Service was slow due to the lack of staffing.

Mussel broth was overwhelmingly salty (our only complaint, but you could tell a chef didn't taste it and it was overly reduced). Caesar salad and pasta dish were great! Kyle, our server was professional and very attentive.

Menu was a bit limited, but what they had was pretty good. My chicken dish was excellent. My wife had short ribs that she thought were a bit overdone and dry. Our server was great.

We have eaten at Campo four times now and each time absolutely loved it. We had family in this weekend, took them to a trendy restaurant on Friday night where we were completely disappointed. Separate review. Saturday night we wanted a guaranteed great meal so we took them to Campo. Thank you to the person who canceled their reservation so we got in. The staff at Campo are all extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved our server, she was great. The ambiance is beautiful. The chairs are so comfortable to sit in. I hate hard metal chairs. These are padded and comfy. We started with sparkling water that they served at no charge. We ordered the prosciutto pizza, the meatballs, Brussel sprouts, pappardelle pasta, and the Caesar salad. We loved the meatballs so much we ordered a second order. We finished it off with the brownie bread pudding and gelato. Every single dish would bring us back if only for the one dish. Everything was reasonably priced, unlike our Friday meals. I can't believe Campo doesn't have five stars. We'll be back, a lot!!!

After moving to Scottsdale a couple of years ago we drove past this restaurant a few times eating at other establishments within this center. Mind you, very good restaurants at this center in McCormick Ranch. On a whim without looking at reviews we tried Campo and couldn't be happier! The food , service and ambiance were all excellent! Like most places anymore staffing is an issue but relax, you're out to dine, it's not a fast food place! We've now eaten at Campo a number of times and have not had one bad meal. We order a number of appetizers, my favorite the almonds, sprouts and meatballs. So many other great dishes too. Campo has become our #1 go to! Have a good night, be patient and enjoy!

Food was good, the servers were so nice and friendly but the food took about an hour to come out; granted we were there in a Friday evening but it wasn't nearly as busy as it got when we left. Overall good food, good ambiance. Good service.
Very disappointed in service and food quality. I brought out of town guests because of past experience and reviews. I am not sure we will return. More training needed, we waited more than 30 minutes for our order to be taken, then when food finally arrived the Chicken Parm was overcooked. Lasagna was good, but not extremely warm.

Waited forever for a waiter to come over and even say hello and ask if we wanted a drink. Asked if they had gluten free pasta because last time we were there they did. He said “why do you have an allergy? I don't think we do. Do you want me to check?” Yes, I do have an allergy, please check. That also took 10 minutes, mind you there were 10-12 people in the restaurant. Finally returned to tell us they had gluten free pasta and he had no idea! We asked about specials..his response was also, I don't know. At this point we knew the experience was not going to be good and we got up and left! What a major disappointment!! We have been here in the past, it was good, not last night! And this could be why the restaurant was nearly empty at 7:00 pm!! We will not be returning!!

Great ambience and food, however, the service was seriously lacking. We sat at the table for at least 10 minutes before anyone even came over. I placed my drink order and it took another 20 minutes for my drink to arrive. Overall, it took an hour from the time we sat down till the time our food arrived. We had reservations and restaurant wasn't very busy.

The food and wine selections continue to be strong and outstanding! Sadly, on this Easter Sunday at 1PM - the service was less than acceptable. Surely the restaurant was busy but not sold out. Perhaps our waitress simply wasn't told that we had been sitting and waiting for 15 minutes before anyone showed up? I actually had to go and find someone to help. Once a waitress acknowledged us - the wrong wine was sent, so that, also had to be addressed. Not a comfortable event at all.
We love Campo. It is a great place to celebrate birthdays ? anniversaries and the like. They have great service and the staff is just lovely. Their pasta are made in-house, which is always nice.

I made the reservation with a special note that it was our anniversary. Not that I expect anything because of that but it appeared that no one took note of it. While the food was ok, portions were small and waiter seemed preoccupied.

This place is a gem. Has a very European ambiance. Excellent place for brunch, and the patio is dog friendly. Food was outstanding, as was the coffee and the service. Will be coming back and referring friends.
