This place is a mess and I don't understand why... I have been loving Chipotle for so many years now and here are some things I noticed on my visit today. You walk in and it didn't seem busy, maybe 1/3 of the seats were taken. There is food all over tables and the floor, this I have now witnessed more than 3 out of 4 visits over the past 60 days. Staff seemed friendly and pleasant until you see the mess they're making with food kind of flinging and moving it around the counter in clear view of multiple guests'. My side of guack had guack on the outside of the container and the lid, it looked like a 6 year old scooped it into the to go ramekin. I feel bad for the women before me, her container of food was slid down the metal countertop like someone was playing a game and using the container as a sled, I'm sure their was food all over the place. Can we please have our to go containers handled property and not slid through toppings and sauces? Definitely skipping this location :(

I have never seen such a small portion of food in my life. I have been to multiple chipotles' and this one gave me 1/4 of the portion of any other location I've ever been to. I would go back in myself and demand a refund but I'm stuck at work with no way of leaving. Now I will be starving my whole shift. Thanks Chipotle!

Just ordered here. They took my list and did it themselves instead of letting me tell them how each bowl should have been . Then they labeled them wrong and completely left one out so food was distributed to staff by the numbers they wrote which were all wrong and went back yo store to have them fix and was told would have to rely for their mistake. Horrible service . Waste of everyone's time. $100 and no one got anything they wanted. Would give 0 stars had it been an option.

Stopped by last night to get some food to go. I immediately noticed how dirty the entire restaurant was. There was food, mainly rice and cheese just about everywhere. The floor from the moment you walked in, to every corner of the restaurant had some kind of food on it. The check out counter was covered in rice and cheese. Every table that was unoccupied had food or trash on it. The drink area was a mess, forks, napkins, food covered the whole area. The portion size of the food was unacceptable as well. I’m not the type to take photos but I wish I would have. I would recommend avoiding this particular chipotle.

This is, hands down, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Every time I come they skimp on the portions to a crazy extent. They always give me a half scoop of rice, half scoop beans and protein, and probably put 10 corn kernels in my bowl when I ask for a scoop of corn. The management here must be really cheap because the workers never give me any food. Also, the times that I have ordered online here, they get my order completely wrong. I will order a veggie burrito and it will have chicken in it, that's how bad it is. Every time I come here, I always hope for a better experience, but it seems to disappoint every. time. Horrible service and I hate this location.

Teenage level customer service and comprehension. Had to ask 8 times and 3 different people if they were going to have fajita vegetables, as the boy scraped 3 crusty bell peppers from the bin...each employee said 'yea' so rephrased it to ask when. And had to get very direct, The vegetables are old and gone, when will there be more fajita vegetables? Lol They said a while! Lmao... I'm like, is that 10 min 15min? Can I wait, should I go?! OMG. Idk why that was so hard. Customer service lesson- Hi, I apologize that's the end of the vegetables (take out bin, alert the cook), we will make more, it will be 15min wait if you'd like to wait or not.

Don’t even bother coming here. The one on shea is less than 3 miles away and worth the drive. This chipotle is what happens when a kids run an establishment. Could’ve gone to the casino if I wanted to throw $10 down the drain.
I eat chipotle probably 3 times a week every week across CA, AZ, and NV. This is the best chipotle I have been to in a long time. The barbacoa was flavorful and not dry. The guac was delicious. The chips were not stale. Wish I could go to this location every time.

The service has always been stellar here. They keep the work area clean. And the employees are always very nice and helpful. Really a great, professional crew. The quality of the food has always been good, and the portion sizes are ample for the price. For example, the carne asada is about 13.50, but you get plenty of steak, peppers, onions, rice, beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, tortilla on the side, etc. Try buying just ONE uncooked steak at the supermarket these days, and you'll pay double that for an uncooked steak! Really love this place. It's convenient and I visit often.. Special shout out to Enzo, Jackson, and Skye who are super nice and conscientious. Thank you.
