I love Culver's. Normally I would leave a five-star, but I swung by this location on my way back from an event. And upon reaching my apartment I couldn't help but notice that they forgot the top bun on my chicken sandwich. I would show a picture but I ate it anyway because I was starved so you'll just have to take my word. I noticed it's younger employees working the late shift, so I'll be happy to change this to a five-star next time I swing by this location and see that there are in fact no blatant issues with my burger or sandwich, and if I see the employees of The late shift are showing a tad less tomfoolery whilst they are on the clock... It was still good

First Time trying this place out, cashier was not helpful. Nonchalant when I was trying to order. I ordered the butter burger for me and my son and I can't lie the burger was tasteful, the fries on the other hand were bland and not soft, the shakes were delicious so I give this place a 3 out of 5, the service needs to improve.

LACK OF QUALITY & CUSTOMER CARE at this location is obvious. The female "manager" working at 10am on Sunday 3/10/24 is rude and does not properly know how to EASILY resolve a reasonable customer response to an incorrect order.In short, we ordered through the drive through. There were no other cars before us and there were only 4-6 cars in the parking lot. We traveled 17 minutes to this location for early lunch, took it back home to find no top bun on the burgers. Drove all the way back to reasonably request the $23 refund and remake due to all of the inconvenience. The rude and careless "manager" made an excuse that they were busy and NEVER SIMPLY APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience. Her demeanor reflected the lack of care, as she didn't say another word while issuing the refund. What's more, she REFUSED to correct and re-make the order. She also refused to tell her name and instructed other employees to do the same (fear tactics are disgusting!). VERY POOR behavior from a "manager" supposed to be representing the business with professionalism and customer care. Should you choose to patronize here - ALWAYS check your order before leaving. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & ENERGY! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT CULVERS, SCOTTSDALE!

I will NEVER and I mean NEVER patronize this location again! I was verbally assaulted by multiple members of this locations staff including the manager. It was violent and aggressive and it all started with the rude gentleman on the intercom All of this because I requested the condiments that were forgotten in my order in the first place this isn’t enough space to verbalize how I was treated and screamed and yelled upon as a paying customer Brad if you’re watching this was a horrible representation of leadership and a stain on Culver’s reputation. As an African American woman of the lgbtqia+ community I will never support this location again and I suggest other’s don’t as well unless you want multiple people screaming at you over forgotten condiments. Take your money where it’s appreciated and you’re valued as a paying customer
