Unfortunately can’t recommend this place. I placed an order for a family pack, which was supposed to include a family size fry. Picked up my order and the fries were missing. I returned and was given a small box of cold fries. Very disappointed because the chicken was actually pretty good. There are too many other chicken restaurants very close by to deal with bad service like this.

Super clean place. Staff is super friendly. Don’t get me started on the chicken..this place is literally 15 miles away from me and I come here once a week! Soooo amazing, consistently always crispy and juicy and not over-battered like a lot of others. Seasoned fries are always perfectly crisp, no sogginess. Also, chicken definitely has some kick to it once you get to the higher spice levels. Bunch of unique dipping sauces to choose from that you will not find anywhere else. Way better than anything else around, and I’ve tried a ton of others. This is THE place for delicious fried chicken in the valley!

Great food,10/10. The staff was very friendly, food came out fresh and hot. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean. They also make homemade sauces, would honestly go just for the sauces as they taste like no other. Will be going again!

Honestly best spicy chicken sandwich I've had in awhile . Flavor , juice ,spice . Slight downside are the regular fries . Just not my type a little on soft side but still tastes good .

Came here 3 times and the first 2 times were great. Our last time going and the last time we will ever go, was bad. There was a hair in my husband's sandwich...the breading completely fell off both my and my husband's chicken sandwiches, it was like they weren't battered or cooked right. The fries were also cold. This place seemed really promising so this experience was quite disappointing. Hoping it was just a bad night but it left a bad though taste enough our mouths (literally) that we will not be back.
I’ve called four times now nobody answers it was my first time trying this place today and there’s a freaking hair in my sandwich. This is so disgusting.

I ordered a Big Daddy w/ jalapeño ranch sauce on the side. The sandwich came out with spicy mayo on the sandwich and no jalapeño ranch sauce on the side. The employee explained that the sandwich normally comes with spicy mayo on it. I responded that it doesn't say that on the menu board above the cash registers, not to mention that there wasn't a side of jalapeño ranch either.C'mon Big Daddy, there's too many other chicken restaurant choices nearby to put up with this kind of nonsense. While I'm at it... the food wasn't wasn't good enough to overcome my negative feelings about the unpleasant situation. I wouldn't come back, even if my meal was free.

There was not one person in the business on Sunday evening and that should have been red flag number one. The food was not great, the chicken was so hard and completely flavorless. I chose this place as I wanted to support a local business, but I will not be returning.

If I could give this 0 stars I would?. Ok first off I would like to say kinda weird having food kiosks when the worker is doing nothing but staring at u . Ok let me get to the food. So I ordered chicken and waffle sandwich. I will tell u, this thing looked so bad it could have been from an alien planet. 100% of the breading fell off the chicken and the chicken was very hard so was the waffle . Tasted really bad like it sat in freezer for a year and the waffle was not good either. Fry’s were good only upside. Not one person in there the 30 min. Idk if it was just us or a one time thing but this was not a good look chicken looked so bad it was hard to tell what it was.
