Wonderful dinner we had to go. Everything was great. My Eggplant Parmesan was delicious. Really hit the spot. 2nd time visiting in a month.

10/10 place. Everything on the menu is delicious but my favorite is the italian sausage sandwich. The team there is super friendly, welcoming, and nice, their customer service is exceptional.
I absolutely love this place. The food is always on point. I just went in today and had the Il Purista sandwich. I ended up eating half of it there and then the rest for dinner at home. The bread is great, fresh mozzarella and peppers are just perfect. Can’t wait to come back again.

Unfortunately, like many things these days, the quality has been compromised. Very overpriced for what you get. The Philly cheese steak had hardly any meat in it. All bread. The lasagna was ok, but no longer comes with the side salad. The cheesecake was outstanding, hence the reason I gave them 2 stars. Sad to see this wonderful place be a victim of the post Covid-19 world.

I have been coming to DeFalcos for 8 years and I brag to many how wonderful it WAS. The sandwiches were fresh, high ingredients and reasonably priced. I came in today @1pm and found the sandwich board down and not sure how to navigate the ordering process. I get Brandon has caused year after year (four years) of high inflation but the new prices are dramatically increased from before (my guess is 40% higher). I get we are in unprecedented times but if you are going to raise prices to the degree you have at least give quality food. My sandwich had bread that seemed 2-3 days old (hard and not fresh). The sandwich was dry with no condiments. For $12 for a 1/2 sandwich that was not the quality of old will keep me away and finding alternatives…this place used to be packed and there was no wait and dining was half full. Hmmm.
Stopped by around 11am and it was packed and stayed that way until we left. Tons of parking. Seating is pretty good and they have outside seating as well. Order ahead because it takes some time to get your food I think we waited about 20 minutes for our food but it was worth it. The Italian beef sandwich was super flavorful. $10 for half sandwich.Ps cheese cake Delicious!!!!

A fan for years, my recent experiences left left me thinking that DeFalco's had been sold. I found out, the change was family generational.Always purchased my Christmas Eve Italian sausage. This past year the sausage was not the same: inferior!I had a bad experience with a cannoli and espresso order after the holidays.But the worst was my lunch stop 4/2/24. I ordered the Maximus Ialian sandwich. The bread (different quality from years past) was cold and dry. Although there was more than enough meat, the prosciutto was scrappy fat, and the Italian dressing I ordered wasn't delivered making the sandwich even more dry.I live in North Scottsdale and have never minded the drive before due to the quality of the products.There are alternatives closer to home. Sorry to see the changes and quality go down.

We have been regulars here for past 10 years and now they have changed the rolls for the sandwiches, skimp out on ingredients and prices have been hiked up a good amount. I understand prices going up but when the portions get smaller it’s a a no go. It’s really too bad , we will have to find a new place for sandwiches
